> 24 hourThe router performs stable and fast. My only gripe is that the component itself is giant and takes up alot of space. I ended up mounting it on the wall next my modem. After dealing with a router that was constantly overheating and resetting going to this one was massive relief especially for someone who works from home and phone coverage here is trash without connecting to the wireless router.

> 24 hourBefore I start, massive kudos to Amazon who has allowed me to swap two of these problematic devices in an attempt to get a good one. Unfortunately for me, no such luck and ASUS support was weak at best.

> 24 hourJust up dated from Rapture GT11000 to 16000 it’s fast works great running in mesh mode speeds of 960 and Wi-Fi 760mb on spectrum 1 GB service 32 devices and 4k streaming Should say GT 11000 would do same. Rapture 16000 have couple new features and 10 GB ports but needed mesh system for garage Like both units great routes only money right, surely recommended

> 24 hourI dont have many devices that can connect to 6e. At this point only two Galaxy S23 phones. New LG 77 C2 TV doesnt support AX/6e, New Samsung 85 tv doesnt support 6E, none of the Roku Boxes support 6e... My old tri-band Asus router from 6 years ago has 1 2.4 Ghz and 2 5Ghz radios... At this point, not much difference. Spent just over $400 for the last Top of the Line Asus router 6 years ago and now dropped $600 on this one. Hopefully Roku will start supporting 6e soon and maybe the LG C3 next year will support 6e... Right now not much difference between old and new. Old router was randomly locking up so I needed a new one so I went with the future proof top of the line GOAT of wireless home routers. A year from now I am sure I will be glad I did. Right now it is just an expensive replacement with about the same features. I will say our Galaxy S23 phones are lightning fast on 6e.

> 24 hourAfter a lot of back and forth with ASUS, I had to return the router because the Wi-Fi 6 won’t work. It’s pointless to spend this much money and not being able to use at least wifi6

> 24 hourFor context: I use this product with (1) an AT&T multi gig plan and (2) a set of ZenWifi Pro AXE11000s I order to create a true AiMesh system in a multi-story home (more than 2 stories).

> 24 hourI had a set of the ZenWifi XT8s (Triband Wifi 6 = no 6ghz). Got this to boost wifi in the house AND get the 10gbe ports for LAN use. (Streaming from a NAS, etc.). Its overkill, but I wanted to transfer files fast. I followed DongKnowsTech dot com and had the Mesh setup pretty quickly. Did have to restart everything a few times, but no biggie. Upgraded firmware to latest and set up network. Everything is working fine, EXCEPT the 10gbe ports seem finnicky. To be more specific, they seem to slow down over time. I can reboot the router, and get 950mbps, but after awhile, it will drop to 800, then 650, etc. This is WAN btw. I really have not test LAN speed, but appears to be pretty quick. A quick reboot of the router fixes the issue temporarily. I installed the latest Merlin firmware, and the issue seems to persist. I am thinking this will be fixed in a future firmware release, but who knows. Frankly, however, there is no real world difference between 600 mbps and 900. They are both plenty fast. You do want to get what you are paying your ISP for though. Wifi is great, even though we only have one device (a laptop) in the house capable of 6ghz (Wifi 6e). Otherwise, the main purpose of this (for me) is the Multi-gigabit LAN capability and AiMesh compatability. I have this paired with a TRENDnet TEG-S762 10g switch to feed the AiMesh nodes at 2.5g. All cables are Cat 8 (supposedly). Overall, a very powerful router, although expensive. I feel it should serve my purposes for 5-7 years before everything is switched over to Wifi 7.

> 24 hourLooks good but one thing. If you’re paying this much for anything no matter what the product is. One of the antennas won’t stay in place which is not a huge problem and easy to miss but other then that so far it’s been great compared to what I had but can seem to control or see who is using my WiFi unless I’m at home on the WiFi itself to block or limit who using it when I’m not there. I have 1000 kbs through ATT fiber optic so I should never drop anything but when it dose it’s only for a few seconds not minutes like before. I’m not a tech nerd so might need to optimize something but overall I’m satisfied so far but still have half the house to connect as well. Time will tell I guess.
