    Greater than one week

I have had this monitor for 16 months now and it has lived up to my expectations in every way. The picture is sharp and clear and the colors are vibrant. Not a gamer, so over-top specs were not was I was looking for. I needed a good general purpose monitor that would be suitable for watching sports too. I having been planning to update my graphics card (like so many for us) but still using my old Nvidia GTX1060, which is not quite up to the mark for MSFS 2020. Even so, this monitor displays great scenery. If you are looking for a good solid monitor that will serve you well for years, I highly recommend this monitor.

I would have rated this as a four stars for the viewing angles, but its just so cheap that it deserves all five stars. I have bought two and both arrived without any dead pixels and are in working condition. I would recommend this entry 4k monitor. Pros: -Dirt Cheap 28 4k -Great as an auxiliary monitor. -VESA mounting, vertically mounted works great with considerations for viewing angles. Cons: -Horrible viewing angles: Viewing angles are as follow. The angles are approximate. ~~Below: 30° angle or more fades or strong black overtones. ~~Above: 160° angle or more fades out a bit, but not even close to below viewing. This is reasonable and acceptable. ~~Sides: It may also fade out a small bit, but looks great from most of 180° angle. -Larger, thick monitor with wide bezels.

Im guessing this is JUST for gamers because other than making most of my programs unusable until I adjusted the DPI setting in the program properties, I cant tell a bit of difference from my old 1080 monitor. Ive played a few 2160 movies on it and they look exactly the same as they do on the 1080 monitor. Exactly. I use a dual monitor setup and I can pull a film from one monitor to the other while its playing--dont see any advantage to the 4K. It was a waste of money for me. I wish Id stuck with two 1080s instead of trying to upgrade.

I got this monitor to connect to my MacBook while working at my desk. I dont do gaming so I cant comment on this as a gaming monitor but for productivity it has worked out really well. Other reviews have said that there are clarity and picture quality issues but I have seen no issue what so ever at this point. The picture is clear and sharp at 4k 60Hz. The color is good and has plenty of brightness. I do some picture editing and this monitor is working well for those functions. Overall recommended.

I have this monitor hooked up to a Mac Pro. I have yet to try any games on it, so no info there. Contrary to other reviews I have not found problems with cursor traces or issues related to coding. I am currently running it with stock-sized GUI which means very small characters, but that also means I have 4 times the amount of screen real estate to run debugging, etc. I rated it 4 stars because its not as nice as my iMac with 27 Retina display. Thats an unfair comparison but it still holds up well and is much less expensive. I wish it had speakers but the Mac Pro has rudimentary sound and Im using it for coding not gaming, so the low fidelity is OK.

This Asus monitor has the highest resolution I could find in a monitor under $5000. The visuals are stunning. It powers on quickly and has features to let you delay when it would go to sleep. I am very pleased with these monitors (I bought two and have them side by side as external monitors for my laptop.

I bought this to replace a more expensive monitor the broke when just being moved to another room (didnt drop or bump it). I got this one cause it was more affordable and had good reviews, and didnt expect too much from it. Honestly though, I was very pleasantly surprised. Its good quality and seems really durable (which is a standard of Asus products). The screen settings had to be adjusted slight bit the clearity and sharpness is really good for a monitor of this price. I do graphic and web design work and this almost matched the $400 monitor it replaced. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a good monitor for a lower price.

beautiful and crisp. not quite as sharp as the retina on my macbook but bigger and still very clear. perfect for movies or games. warning though - be careful of your gpu power! my 2015 macbook pro does struggle to run this thing at times. its a refurb so i dont completely blame the monitor but you might want higher GPU power to avoid the fan sounding like its going to melt your machine. i do get some lag as well. but none of this is the monitors fault
