Works great pops a spark and had fire the first try

Very good value overall. Perfect size. I appreciate the lanyard hole too. To make it easier to hold, I wrapped some 1 gorilla tape around rod several times to make a handle that doubles as tinder material if needed.

This Ferro Rod really throws the sparks. The sparks will hit the ground and dance around a little before going out.

It was easy to utilize and it was essential to my camping needs.

Its a little bit difficult to hold. We had to change the string out. Need to use a straight knife blade this thing will throw Sparks for a mile
