> 3 dayHe who walks with a big stick, must have a little... striker! Or at least a knife with a 90° spine. That works too! Easy to use. Good value for the money. Getcha one of these.

> 3 dayGargantuan. Softer than some high-end ferro rods, which by virtue of the composition causes more removal of material, but absolutely SHOWERS your intended tinder material with a healthy dose of super-heated sparks. After all, isnt that what you want? Great with feather sticks and thinly sliced fatwood. If you cant start a flame with this, youve either got wet wood, or you may need to rethink your approach to the tool. It works. Period.

> 3 dayThis ferro rod is better than advertised - almost no effort to get a spark shower on tinder - great size, holding it only uses about 2 of rod so you have 4 left of ferro rod to spark - nice n thick to hold, very comfy - lanyard hole that should have a bright reflective paracord on it so no losing it, AND to extend the handhold on rod - very much worth the money - highly recommended

17-04-2025This thing is a little giant. Beats all the other fancy rods. Lets face it, you need to be able to generate decent sparks to get a fire going and this rod does just that. No need for whistles and chords. Feels solid and heavy in the hand and will last a lifetime. I use my CDS survival knifes spine to strike this bad boy. Lights cotton balls in one strike. 6.05 x 0.515 are the dimensions.

> 3 dayMassive rod that throws massive amounts of hot sparks. I use it to demonstrate igniting fat wood shavings from the fat wood I process and sell in Northern Wisconsin. Great value!
