> 3 dayI use an older Dyson upright and my wife uses a Bissell stick vacuum After one month: NO MORE CORDS! The V11 is light in weight but heavy on convenience and the suction is amazing. My wife has rheumatoid arthritis and I worried how she would be able to use the V11 with the works in the handle. She says it is as easy to use as the stick vac. It is very well balanced. The trigger switch has not been an issue for either of us. Maneuvering the vacuum head is dead easy and so much more convenient than the fixed heads of other vacuums. The vacuum head goes under cabinet overhangs and furniture, something the upright can’t do. The powered brush head does an excellent job on wood floors. Cleaning ceiling air and filter vents is so much more easy. I was skeptical how the V11 would handle the few short pile area rugs but it cleans them just fine. We have not run out of battery power cleaning our 2300 square foot house. The light weight, convenience and powered head means many small jobs go to the Dyson instead of the Dust Buster. Emptying is easy. My one concern is dust accumulation on the inside surfaces of the vacuum. I use an air compressor to blow out the dust accumulation in the innards of the Dyson upright and it is amazing how much there is. I’ve cleaned the V11 the same way and dust accumulation in it is also amazing. I can’t imagine not having an air compressor to clean these vacuums. The most important point I want to reiterate is that the convenience, light weight and maneuverability of the V11 means floors get vacuumed more often! What is the value of convenience, ease of use and good cleaning? Despite the initial cost, this vacuum can handle the jobs as well if not better than our other vacuums but with magnitudes more ease and convenience.

> 3 dayThis is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever owned, and I have had an Electrolux and Shark. It is so lightweight that I can just walk with it from room to room; and being cordless, I dont have to worry with plugging it in and dragging the cord around. I am very, VERY pleased with this purchase! Came fairly quickly, too.

> 3 dayI vacuumed around the kitchen/living area first. my dad had me order him one right after we both saw how much hair/dirt we got out of the carpet and couch in just one vacuum session! He would never spend this much on a product but he said “it sucks better than a —“ I’m not going to finish the rest. Just buy it!! Lol

> 3 dayI loved this vacuum when it worked. It lasted roughly a year before the power head wasn’t spinning. I called Dyson, they said the power head needed replacing. They sent me another at a huge charge, only to find out that wasn’t the problem. As it was still sucking the dirt up somewhat, I continued to use. However, it was one problem after another. These machines have a sealed unit and therefore, cannot be repaired. Very disappointing. Not worth the money, I’m afraid.

Greater than one weekI use it every day. Coming from an upright that was 15 years old, this is so much easier to use! Lugging the old one out of the utility closet to clean was a chore. This hangs conveniently on a wall and I rarely say this about cleaning, but this Dyson product makes cleaning fun. It works brilliantly for all my needs and comes with a load of accessories! Get one. If you are in doubt, as I was, try it out. You will not be disappointed.

Greater than one weekI have been wanting a Cordless Dyson for a long time and i am not disappointed! The battery lasts very good except on Boost mode but that seems self explanatory because it’s going to full power to get deep into your carpet. You get about 14 min at full charge in this mode.

> 3 dayI wish I could return this product. I’ve had this product since January of 2020. It worked well for about one year. But it hardly works now. Barely picks up hair. I have to change the filter each time I use it. When I’m done with it and go to hang it up, it drops a bunch of dirt and stuff that was supposed to be sucked up. I’m in the market, yet again, for a new vacuum. Super disappointed.

> 3 dayI bought this to see if I liked it enough to keep it, and in the end I did keep it, but here are the things I learned. First, my house is 2700 square feet with lots of steps. It’s also about 50% carpet and the other half hard wood or tile. I did most of the house in one full charge. I usually do half the house at a time anyway so the battery life is great. It took about 50 minutes for it to die (again doing carpets) so I’ve felt like the battery lasts as long if not longer than advertised. Also, I have 2 dogs so pet hair is everywhere. It works well to get the hair out of the carpet. We’ve only ever had cheaper dirt devils before so I don’t have much to compare to, but the suction was fine. I wasn’t blown away by it but have not noticed a difference which is impressive for a cordless vacuum. I saw a few people comment on the weight of it and it tiring out your forearms. I noticed the same thing especially while doing stairs. But it works great for stairs overall. The end is significantly smaller than most vacuums so doing a large living room takes a lot longer and feels sort of annoying. For me this is a worthwhile trade since I can get under and around more things now. One annoying piece is the stand that hangs on the wall. It has two spots to hang attachments and then there is a piece that clips to the vacuum for two attachments. It comes with 4 attachments but the stairs attachment doesn’t fit on either one so it has to be stored separately. Would be great if they could design a way to clip that in as well. I also read someone else’s review saying this rips off the wall. I screwed to a stud to be safe so it may be worth thinking about that when installing. Larger anchors could fix that as well if you don’t have a stud where you want this. Lastly the price...I’m keeping it so I guess that means I think it’s worth it. But I really am annoyed it costs so much. That is the biggest thing that keeps me from recommending it because I know a lot of people that just can’t afford to pay that much for a vacuum.

I read cookbooks for fun
> 3 dayEven though there are close to 5,000 reviews on this product and this will probably never get read, I feel compelled to write something because this has been a game-changer for me. Apparently, bending down and plugging in a vacuum was inhibiting to using my former vacuum. I did not know this until I got the Dyson. The Dyson is always charged up, and now I can just grab it and start to vacuum. No more stooping down and trying to pick up one hair off the bathroom floor (where, you know, theres never just one.) Instead, I just run in with this cordless vacuum cleaner. So convenient! Its also easier than my previous vacuum to switch out the attachments and seems just as powerful, even though it is much smaller. But its small size makes it a lot more nimble and easier to get in awkward and tiny spaces. So yes, it has a nice amount of pros. But if Im being honest, the best part about it is the no bending down to plug in a cord. I know this seems like such a minuscule benefit and of course, there are other vacuums that do this. But this one is powerful, unlike my other cordless vacs. Really, it does everything my giant full-size vacuum did but it does it better and because its so convenient, I use the vacuum more and have more positive connotations with this one. I dont know anyone who really likes to spend their money on boring vacuums and that kind of thing, but I see what all the hype is about. I am not a neat freak yet I use this all the time and my house feels so much cleaner. So happy I made this purchase!

> 3 dayUpdate: the picture is when I vacuumed RIGHT after my maids left having used their vacuum. Not all vacuumes are created equal. Vacuums dont get any better than this. Its absolutely perfect. I dont think Christ himself could have made a better vacuum! Ive owned MANY vaccums, including a $1,700 Kirby which I despise. Vacuuming is now my favorite chore. I have 4 kids and 2 cats and this baby tackles it all - hard wood, rugs, stairs, and carpet! Pros: - Cordless. Please folks, its 2021. There is NO reason you should still be using a vacuum with a chord. Cordless is AWESOME! Youll wonder why you waited so long. - CLEANS INCREDIBLY! People complain that you have to empty the canister too often. Well, maybe thats because its doing its job well, Karen. - Super easy to empty, easy to use attachments - I use this to vacuum my car, my couches, lots of things with zero issues. - Light weight, SO easy to maneuver, the head fits EVERYWHERE! Under, behind, sideways... I was concerned that I would miss having a flexible attachment to get the corners but with this you dont need it! It gets everything! - Auto adjust for carpet - I love this feature. It sucks stronger when you switch from bare floor to carpet. Brilliant! - Battery lasts 45+ minutes on normal setting. Thats long enough for me to vacuum my house twice! Unless your house is 10,000 square feet, you should be fine! Boost setting lasts much shorter, but I find it works so well on the normal setting that I rarely use boost. - Charges fast, hangs in charger nicely, small footprint in the room. - Did I mention cordless? Its dreamy, especially on stairs! Cons: - zero. Yes, its expensive, but its worth every.single.penny! This vacuum will change your vacuuming life!
