Greater than one weekNeeds to be applied at least twice a year. Works better than you think. Saves thousands of dollars in salt related repairs. Wish I applied this stuff years ago. It’s awesome and it’s truly non conductive. I spray it on everything including inside the fuse panels in the engine bay. It’s really good stuff!

> 3 dayExactly what I was looking for. With a sprayer this stuff is easy to apply. Sprays into a fine mist but sticks like a past. Penetrates well also. I have also noticed that water beads up well on the surfaces where applied. I will surely apply this stuff every year since I live in the Midwest.

> 3 dayI have a truck that is 5 years old. I live in upstate NY, and I drive on heavily salted roads all winter. Because of this stuff, the underside of my truck looks like I live Texas, because there is no rust anywhere. It is really messy, and smells kind of weird, because it is basically lanolin (fat from sheeps wool) with a peppermint smell added to make it smell less like a wet sheep. But it works. If you have something metal that is going to be exposed to water or salty water, this stuff will be totally protect it if you put it on every year. Unlike rubber undercoating, you can slop this stuff everywhere, like on nuts and bolts. It also comes in a spray, which is very handy to for getting it inside the frame and up into the doors etc.

> 3 dayIf you care about your pick up truck and want it to last, this stuff is an excellent rust inhibitor. Apply it yearly or twice yearly and you will have no issues. Many tests on YouTube prove this stuffs effectiveness.

> 3 dayThis stuff is messy, smells bad and doesnt last. I would suggest trying cosmoline instead. Much cleaner and longer lasting. I dont understand why these sheep based products are so popular. Very disappointing trying this after having used cosmoline.

21-04-2025The product is good. It goes on easily with the air powered spray gun. I was worried that the over spray would be all over my garage floor forever but, it cleaned up really easy and never made me regret using this in my nice clean garage. I did use plastic sheeting but, inevitable got some on the floor anyway. The leftovers went on my 18yo Fischer snow plow.

Greater than one weekGreat price @ $40 a gallon! Went to purchase a second one and the price increased over $5 a gallon. Found it locally for $40 and will get my second one there. If they drop to $40 again that would be the best. Great stuff as I undercoated my truck with it for the winter. OK, So I want to give an update a few days after the application. I see some negative reviews that state the first rain storm and all the Fluid Film is gone. We just had a snow storm here in New England and I spent plenty of time on the roads and highways including 3 hours of driving HWY 95 with salt and snow a couple of nights ago. This morning I checked the wheel wells and the fluid film is still there. I will keep posting through the winter to give updates. So far....I am overjoyed. Update! It has been two weeks now and I have driven through some wicked weather. A lot of salted roads and the film is still in the wheel wells. Wanted to update on how much I used on the truck. We own a 2016 F350 crew cab which is a really big pickup truck. The wheelbase is the longest in its class so there is more area to cover than an average pickup truck. I use 6 cans of spray with the 24 wand in the tight places, doors and rocker panels. Then in the wide open undercarriage, I sprayed a full gallon and I warmed it up before pouring into the sprayer. I used a cheap $40 Harbor Freight sprayer which I included a picture. You can find a 20% off coupon online to get it cheaper. I will post updates as the winter season goes on.

> 3 dayOk, so this gallon was improperly packaged and then a handler gave it one good swamp toss onto a truck. The lid popped off and now I have a dried up portion of a gallon. This is not acceptable. If they knew what Fluid Film was they might have loaded it wearing white gloves. F.F. is a stellar performer in most applications and is low cost making it one of the better selections available on the market.

> 3 dayMy brother in law swears by this product. He has it on all of his vehicles. So now we have it on our new truck. I will get back with you in ten years and let you know how well it worked.. lol It was an ease to apply, time consuming but relatively simple.
