The instructions do not match the device. You must go to the internet for the correct instructions.

So nice its small and made very well. It was super easy to program. Worth every penny!

The instructions indicate that only two of the three buttons may be used with my Genie Intellicode opener likely manufactured in 1995. Unfortunately, their diagram shows the unusable button as the bottom rather than the top button. Accommodated this change and programmed it according to the original opener instructions, and works O.K. As for range, I compared it to my original opener and found it worked fine at about 150. I wonder if the small battery ages quickly so that the range diminishes with age.

Works just fine, just as long as you program it right. I have Genie Pro Stealth overhead. This is how you program it: press learn code on overhead, light will blink. press button on remote, light on overhead will turn solid. press button remote again, light on overhead will go out. press button on remote for third time, and garage door will open. Understand that the remote control can be programmed as intellicode 1 and intellicode 2. If the light on the remote turns green, then its set on 2, if its red then its set on 1. For Genie Pro Stealth, you want it to light up red. To switch code, hold down the button until both green and red light turn on. press button twice and the lights will go out. press button again, and the light will confirm that its been switched to red. the end, now go program it. you are all welcome.

We bought a Tesla and assumed like all new cars that a garage door opener would be standard. Well it is not standard with a Tesla as they want $450 to install one for you. This little thing for $26 works great and is easy to setup.

Needed a second remote for my boyfriend. It works great and I programmed it in 30 seconds!
