I like it it was easy to program, but i wish I could program all the buttons the same so I didnt have to search for the button that work s.

Works just fine, just as long as you program it right. I have Genie Pro Stealth overhead. This is how you program it: press learn code on overhead, light will blink. press button on remote, light on overhead will turn solid. press button remote again, light on overhead will go out. press button on remote for third time, and garage door will open. Understand that the remote control can be programmed as intellicode 1 and intellicode 2. If the light on the remote turns green, then its set on 2, if its red then its set on 1. For Genie Pro Stealth, you want it to light up red. To switch code, hold down the button until both green and red light turn on. press button twice and the lights will go out. press button again,and the light will confirm that its been switched to red. the end, now go program it. you are all welcome.

I had grown tired of my clunky old single button Genie remote. Its an antique that needed some pricey little batteries which added insult to injury. This one appealed to me immediately. I could put it on my visor or just as easily put it on a key ring or in my pocket. Setup on intellicode 1 was easy. It took minutes There are plenty of resources on the web that give instruction if you dont have your original manual. I have had no problem with distance. It performs better than my original. Ive managed to open the door from my car (visor mounted) from over 100 feet away. My garage is brick with a wooden door. I do have the antenna wire on the opener hanging down Ive had the remote for over 6 months and it is performing flawlessly. Will be buying more. Great product.

A great replacement or extra remote opener. I have had these myself, and even with our cars now having internal programmable openers, it still comes in handy. (As in, I recently leased a new vehicle & still havent set up the new opener!) Yet this was purchased as a gift for my mom who only had one older Genie remote opener still working. She loves the smaller size. I also purchased a new outside wireless keypad for her (Genie GK-R Intellicode 2) & together made a nice update for her home.

I thought this was going to be a bore to setup. Boy was I surprised! The instructions were on point and I had it completed in less than 5 minutes including opening the box!

as others have pointed out - if you have a intellicode 1 system you need to hold down button(s) for a few seconds and then with another short push toggle between intellicode 2 (green) and intellicode one (red) opener is small and has good reach BUT - do NOT intend to keep this in your pocket - you will have constant accidental garage opening - because the buttons are so poorly recessed - if you keep this on your visor w clip - great - but def not pocket ready -

Worked perfectly, a snap to set up. Minor gripe that the button has no tactile feedback to know when you’ve pressed it, but that’s not enough to knock off a star

This is the identical opener that came with my original Genie garage door opener package.
