> 3 dayDefinitely think this should have 5 stars. Love that it’s a scale and changing area. Super easy to clean and weigh baby!

> 3 dayUPDATE: Costumer service reached out to me and we are getting a refund! I am very impressed that they want to make it right. I upgraded my review from a 1 star because of their efforts. THANK YOU! This scale was not accurate for us. If I was not so crazy with a newborn, I would have reached out the company early and tried to figure out the issue. The free app is the best part for tracking babies diapers and feedings.

> 3 dayI love my Hatch changing table. I received this as a gift off of my registry but knowing the quality, I wouldve spent my own money on this. The scale is very accurate.. as in a few ounces either way. Do not expect a medical grade scale because this is not it. But if you are a curious mother interested in her babys growth from time to time without having to go to the doctors, this is for you! The app is also full of features such as a feeding tracker, sleep chart, and growth charts. Would definitely recommend!

> 3 dayThis is one of the few expensive baby items that I bought myself. And I am so glad I did! The scale is pretty accurate and weights are mostly the same as at my pediatrician office. It’s so nice and reassuring to see my baby gaining weight every day. It’s also great to see how much she’s getting at her feedings, which as a breastfeeding mom is impossible to know without a scale! It’s easy to clean also and just seems so much more convenient than the changing pads that need covers. I do put a prefold down on it just so it’s a little softer and even easier to clean. Highly recommend!

Greater than one weekI love our hatch changing pad. I also love the hatch app that accompanies the changing pad. We track our daughters diapers as well as her feedings. The changing pad is the perfect size and very easy to clean. The only problem I have with it is that after only 3 weeks of use, the white pad is stained orange from her poop. I dont know how to get the stain out of the material.

> 3 dayBought this scale to do weighted feeds for my breastfed baby. She lost 2 oz, after a feed, per the scale. I think this scale can give you a ballpark idea of how much your baby weighs, but I would rely on its accuracy.

> 3 dayThis scale works nicely, our doughter was born 4 weeks early so daily weighings were critical at the beginning, and we found it really easy to use. It functions well as a changing pad as well. The only problem for me (my wife mainly) is that you cannot turn off the bluetooth like you could on the old model! This is constantly sending out a bluetooth signal unnecessarily which may effect your baby, or at the very least is potentially effetcing them unecessarily when it could very easily have an on/off button (and while it technically passes all safety standards, there are NOT standards for babies or even children, only adults, so we do not yet know the long term effects of all this exposure to babies). It is too bad that they do not have a way to turn the bluetooth off while not in use for those of us concerned about limiting wifi, bluetooth etc. signals on a newborn, so we have resorted to taking the batteries out and putting them in when we want to use the scale part which is a pain.

> 3 dayThis scale costs 4x other baby scales but is accurate, reliable and comes with an app that is worth $100 in its own. So I look at this as an exceptional scale worth $100 that comes with an app worth $100 bundled together at a $50 discount. What’s not to live here? When you wake up at 2 am for a feeding and don’t which side was last or have long lost track of day of the week and how many , the app is golden, like your own feeding doula. Save yourself the trouble of logging the weight from other $50 scales I tried from Amazon and but the bullet on this beautiful piece of baby tech. Your sanity and sleep is worth many $100s.

> 3 dayAs a breastfeeding mother with a baby that has reflux, feedings can be very difficult. My son would cry after every feeding, leaving me to wonder if hes still hungry or if its just the reflux. I knew I wanted a scale that could measure his feedings accurately and the Hatch advertises that it weighs to .25 ounces. However, I noticed early on that the scale was not accurate. At night, my baby is fed a bottle of pumped breast milk and I would always measure out 4 oz. in a bottle. However, when I would weigh my baby after the feeding, it consistently came up as 3.5 ounces. or even 3.25 ounces. I also once tried with a 1 ounce bottle and it showed up as taking in .5 ounces. When youre trying to calculate how much your baby is taking in per day over 8-10 feedings, a difference of .5-.75 ounces adds up. Some other cons: -Weight can only be checked with the app. This makes it easy to keep track of things as the data is stored on their app but its annoying at 2am when you cannot find your phone. Pros: -Great customer service -Sleek looking product -Nicely designed and easy to use app Ultimately, I decided to return this product due to the inaccuracy but would consider buying again if some enhancements were made to the product to fix it.
