> 24 hourI would definitely recommend this camera. However, my only complaint is that the green light (which helps with the night vision and serves as a light sensor) is on the bottom of the camera. As a result, if you have the camera perched up high looking down on your little one, it means that less ambient light will pass through the camera forcing it into Black/White mode rather than color. Its not a big deal as you can still see clearly, but id like to see the color screen during naps and Black/White at night time. This is a minor gripe though as the camera sends a very clear picture. In addition, we have not experienced any problems with reception, which is always good news. Previously, we had an old version of the Summer Infant monitor and camera. The summer infant was more expensive and a bit higher quality but this is a good value and gets similar functionality.

> 24 hourI have been very satisfied with my infant optics monitor and camera, as well as the add on camera. I love that the cameras move to see the entire room, and that you can use multiple cameras on the same monitor. I have not seen an equivalent product with a similar price point. I recently had a sudden issue with my monitor (after having no issues for almost 2 years) and received excellent and prompt customer service. Infant Optics sent me a new monitor, even though my monitor was technically outside the 1 year warranty period. I highly recommend this monitor and it’s add on cameras as a low cost monitor with a variety of desirable features.

> 24 hourThis is a very good camera for our baby. Weve had no problems with it. Range on the monitor is good, and the battery life is excellent. I also like having a dedicated monitor (as opposed to having to use my phone). My only slight negative is that the night version is slightly blurry, but ultimately, youre seeing in the dark, so what else can you expect? Very good quality overall.

> 24 hourWe purchased a second add-on camera for our second baby’s room. I’ve never owned another monitor so I can’t compare, but I do really like the features this camera and monitor offer. The ability to view my babies without having to just rely on noises alone makes this monitor well worth the money! It has a good range of motion for when my older son rolls around in his bed. My only complaints are that after a year the monitor will stop working and the screen will display a signal out of reach screen, even though everything is powered on and was just working. I took the battery out and let it sit for 20 mins as the manufacturer suggests, but within another week or so it started doing it again. I’m not sure if this is from the battery being plugged in for too long, but it is annoying because it sometimes stays on that screen for 3 or more minutes and powering on and off doesn’t resolve the issue, you just have to wait for it to reconnect. My other complaint is that on our first camera (the one we’ve had for over a year now) the port at which the cord plugs into the camera seems to be somewhat loose now and we have to wrap the cord around the camera with the antenna holding it in place to keep it connected. There are also times on that camera where the picture isn’t as clear, which maybe could be caused by the cord connection, but it’s just odd that one time the picture is great and the next it’s a tad blurry when the camera hasn’t been touched. Overall I’m very happy with this camera and monitor set.

> 24 hourWhy did I wait to buy this monitor?!? I really wanted a monitor that had it all (including WiFi capabilities) with a parent module. So because this monitor didn’t have WiFi, I went with a Motorola instead. Although the picture on the Motorola parent module was amazing, I went through three different returns before finally giving up on the MP4 model. The sound went out on one and the other two I had troubles with charging because the port was cheaply constructed. Finally, after every review basically said this monitor was the best, I bought it. Why why why was I reluctant? It really is the best! The picture is great, the sound is great, I love all the features. And I really don’t miss WiFi like I thought I would. If you are like me and really don’t want to use your phone as your parent module, this really is the best monitor!!!!

> 24 hourPros: Easy to hook up second camera. Night vision looks good. Picture quality is good. Comes with needed cable. I like that we can have both cameras hooked to the same monitor and that it does not use WiFi Cons: only comes with lens hood, not the extra zoom lens the original came with. I wish the scan feature was more intuitive and could tell when a camera was on/off rather than needing to change the setting from scan when both kids were sleeping to view camera 1/2 when only one of the kids were sleeping and have the camera on.

> 24 hourI bought this camera to ad to already purchased system to be able to monitor couple rooms at the same time. Picture quality is great whether it is a day or night. It gets little grainy with night mode but still very clear. I love the feature that I can adjust it horizontally and vertically via monitor. The unit is not split screen when used with more cameras, but it gives picture in 10 sec intervals between units. Quick shuffle button (OK) is great and helps to switch in need quickly and with ease if you need to choose one, two, or up to four cameras picture, or a scan mode. If you have a cell phone nearby the monitor it will interfere with a signal and unfortunately there is no silence option but you get a rather loud eating noise. This camera doesnt come standard with optical lens but its an option to buy. I currently dont need it so Im happy with how it is. So far Im liking this product and would recommend it to others.

> 24 hourEasy to pair and great quality like the one that came with the monitor but not happy with integration of the add on. Basically you either have to choose which camera you want to look at or scan them. So if camera one is scanning and on my sons room but my daughter starts crying I have to wait for it to switch to her room. It is based on a timer and not on noise. So you have no idea what’s going on in the other room when looking at a different room. So a few times my daughter is crying (I can hear her through the wall) but by the time the camera gets to her room she takes a breath to cry again but by the time she cries the camera switches back to her brother and I can’t hear her on the monitor. I wish I played audio from both and would switch to which everyone is making noise. If no noise is present it would scan. In general it’s fine for now

> 24 hourWe have used InfantOptics cameras for a few years now and love them. The second camera is easy to pair and we like only having one monitor screen. We have had a few issues with the battery life on the monitor and customer service was able to walk me though how to reset it and now it works perfectly again! We also had some nightvision fading with our first camera and customer service was able to replace that camera for free. They are incredibly helpful if there are any issues. These products have stood up well and are a great value! Theyre also easy to travel with if you need to- we pack our camera and monitor on vacation with us and theyre easy to set up in a new location as well.
