> 3 dayI got this monitor because our other broke shortly before our second baby arrived. I was so happy with how much better quality the picture was than with our previous camera which was terrible! I also loved being able to have multiple cameras for the monitor. Everything was going perftly until late week the monitor stopped working. I was a little annoyed, naturally. But when I reached out to customer service they were quick to tak me through the process to get a replacement shipped out! They were amazing. I just received the replacement today and I’m so happy to have it back. I highly recommend this monitor. The quality is amazing and you can’t beat the customer service!

> 3 dayInfabt optics is a great monitor! I had Motorola prior to this and it worked great, but only lasted a year as the monitor constantly shut off and made very loud noises. The infant optics is easy to use and is great to scan between rooms. The option to scan is awesome, I believe it stays on each room for about 10-12 seconds. We have yet t use the wide angle lense but plan on doing so in the next few months (I’ll write another review then). One last thing, the customer service is SUPERB! We had an issue with our camera (somehow had static noise when it was in one room), so they troubleshooted with me and even checked in on me after a few days without responding. The problem didn’t resolve after a few adjustments so they sent me a new camera, which is working perfectly! It’s nice to have a company that is willing to work with you. Did I mention that they sent me the new one first, so I wouldn’t be out of a camera? So happy with product and company

Greater than one weekThis unit is perfect for caring due my elderly parent with Alzheimer’s. I have 4 cameras and one monitor. I can easily switch from one room to another which will allow me to get something done while knowing where he is and that he’s safe. I’ve even been able to go water the garden and feed chickens outside 70-90 feet away from the house with no issues. I honestly can’t review the zoom cuz I’ve never used that, but both daytime and nighttime are clear, easy to hear, able to scan the entire room, and able to help me sleep at night knowing I can check on him from my own bed. I tried another brand and I loved that the screen on the monitor was much larger, but when I would go outside I could not see him well if he was in a dim room and couldn’t make it to the garden or chicken coop without it disconnecting. I prefer this brand.

> 3 dayWe own a monitor and camera from Infant Optics. Both have worked perfect for over two years. We are very happy with the quality of the image, microphone function, speaker, battery life, and range of antenna signal. We decided to buy a second camera and had problems with it from the beginning. We contacted customer service and they quickly helped us troubleshoot the problem we were having. In the middle of trying to figure out what was going on with the camera, we had to move homes, the pandemic started, life got crazy and we lost track of the situation. After many months, we attempted to start using the camera again and the same problem we were having before continued, rendering the camera useless. We contacted Infant Optics, and they quickly picked up the situation right where we had left-off months ago. The company stood behind their product and provided a replacement camera. We received the replacement camera quickly and in perfect condition, and it works as well as our first camera. Incredible customer service! I strongly recommend this product.

Greater than one weekUPDATE! My love of this camera has slowly and steadily been going downhill. The original charger(which has now been redesigned to solve the issue) would fall out of the port and wouldn’t charge unless I plugged and propped it up with other items to get the perfect angle. I did receive a new parent screen and the updated charger at no cost but it was a pain to be without any monitor for 3-5 days when kids are on another floor. They couldn’t mail it until they received mine. My newest issue is battery life. It would be plugged in and just shut off! I ordered a new battery, followed all of the at home fixes and it is still happening. Seems the problem is when I have it flipping from one of room to another it can’t keep up and just shuts down. If I keep it on only one room all night it stays on. So what’s the purpose of that feature and being able to have up to four cameras? Also, the night vision used to be excellent but now only works in one room, it’s super grainy in the other room to the point that I’m just using it for sound not video. I was so hopeful in this product and sold so many friends on it I’m embarrassed. I am way too invested financially to switch now so we are just riding it out. I now have a 4.5 and 2.5 year old that share a room(night vision doesn’t work in there daytime is great but I don’t need it for daytime) and an 8 month old in his own room but I have to just listen for his cry since I can’t toggle at night. Blah! I researched SO many cameras. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this and love that you can link up to 4. They have been perfect for our 2 1/2 yr old and 7 1/2 mo old!

> 3 dayThis camera was perfect for our first kid! However, it’s not ideal for two kids. We bought the extra camera, and connecting to the monitor was very easy. The part that I don’t like is the “scan” feature which is supposed to go back and forth between the kids room and it does just that but not all the time. I’ll set it on scan when I put our kids to bed, and an hour later it will stop scanning and just stay on whichever room it was on. I found this out the hard way when I couldn’t hear my new baby crying cause the “scan” was stuck on my toddlers room. It will still say it’s in scan, but it’s not scanning. So before I go to bed I have to just put it on the babies room. Thankfully 99% of the time my toddler sleeps through the night. It’s annoying that it doesn’t scan all the time. If I would have know this I would of bought a split screen monitor system.

Greater than one weekOverall a great camera monitoring system. Range was tested up to 100 yds and worked with no issues with antenna up. The temp reading seems to be a bit higher (2-4 degrees) than actual ambient room temp. Purchased an additional camera to go with the system to be able to monitor 2 rooms, the scan feature of having the cameras automatically switch between is a great feature as well is the ability to talk through the camera. The only CON that I can see is wireless devices in the area can cause a drop in signal to either the camera or the base station. But if you move the monitor or camera away from any WIFI devices a few feet seems to mitigate the issue.

Greater than one weekObviously buying a baby camera is always worrisome. I Had one camera that had to be returned because the wire that supplied the power made a humming noise and I felt that it was unsafe, I had no issue with a return and they sent me another camera. I have 2 cameras and i would definitely but the cameras again. I highly recommend the wide Lens it is worth the money. I bought both lenses for my cameras. As for distance on the camera the babies room is on the right side of the house on the second floor, I have walked to my neighbors house and been inside his house and still had reception I did have to put the antenna up on the unit. If I stand on the opposite side of my neighbors house I would estimate that this is a total of 30-40 yards from the far side of my house to the far side of my neighbors house and I still had reception.

> 3 dayI bought this add on camera to go with my monitor that I was already using for my daughter, and this camera did not have the same picture quality as the one that came with the monitor. We tried to move it to different places all over the room, and nothing was helping the picture quality. It was very blurry and very pixilated. I contacted customer service, and I had to provide them with my proof of our purchase and a picture of the serial number of the camera, and send it back, and they are currently sending me a new camera. They even upgraded the shipping to two day shipping for me instead of having me wait the normal 5-7 business days. It was very easy to contact customer service and the representative that helped me couldn’t have been nicer. I hope this new camera will work better than the one I am sending back!

When we had an issue we talked with Kristine Z. and she was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure all of our issues were completely resolved. She even checked back with us a few days later to make sure everything was working for us. We should have reached out earlier - these cameras/monitors are worth the money because of the team of support! Very satisfied customer!
