> 24 hourWorks great. We bought the original system 3 years ago for my son. Was a little worried this camera wouldnt connect but decided to try rather than buy a whole new system. Great news, it connected!

> 24 hourThis is the3rd or 4th monitor we have purchased, 2nd recently (2 prior were many years ago!). Did a lot of research and had ordered another monitor, comet o find out it was as straightforward as synching a space mission... Needless to say, we returned it because as a mom with a newborn the LAST thing I want to do is have to rely on someone else to help me set up the cameras, beeping sound were annoying and eventually would bother baby and me... Did MUCH MORE research and landed on this monitor! WE LOVE IT! Easy to set up, functional, intuitive and VOILA, cameras are ready and dont unpair!! Like I said, Peace of mind and even use the other camera to help see my older kiddos while I am with baby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for newborns, older babies or kiddos. We also bought the wide angle lens. The whole experience has been night and day compared to the summer monitor we had bought. Good luck!

> 24 hourThis is a very good camera for our baby. Weve had no problems with it. Range on the monitor is good, and the battery life is excellent. I also like having a dedicated monitor (as opposed to having to use my phone). My only slight negative is that the night version is slightly blurry, but ultimately, youre seeing in the dark, so what else can you expect? Very good quality overall.

> 24 hourWorking well for my family and I thus far. - Good picture and sound - Very similar to our previous motorola... it seems to use the same software, has the same size screen. The advantage that it has is the lenses. There is a BIG difference between optical and digital zoom. The lenses allow you get your optimal view without significantly sacrificing image quality. - They fixed the annoying sound thing! - Mine may interfere with wifi stuff a little, but not nearly as much as others have described. Things will run a little slower or drop connection every once in a while if in close proximity. Not bad enough for me to even be sure that the monitor is responsible. I probably would not have noticed if I hadnt read all the bad reviews. - Extra Camera was easy to sync. It is easy to switch back and forth between cameras and I like the automatic scanning feature. I do wish there was a split screen option to see both at once.

> 24 hourALMOST perfect! The PTZ was great, and I am in love with the talk back feature. The only con is, while its made to be wall mounted or ceiling mounted, if you do mount it on the ceiling, you cant flip the image on the handset! Which means you are stuck with an upside down image! It seems like such a silly oversight. Also, like others say, it is prone to interference. I keep my phone and the handset to the monitor on my nightstand at night to charge, and if my phone receives any data in the middle of the night, the signal from the baby monitor drops and it makes a loud BEEP! to let me know its out of signal range. It has startled me awake on numerous occasions. Im still trying to figure out where I can put both my phone and the monitor where its accessible in the middle of the night, but not so close the signals interfere. I will say, though, we got a power adapter that made a weird whistling noise, so I contacted infant optics directly to see if theyd replace it, and they sent out a replacement within 48 hours. Im liking that customer service :-)

> 24 hourHands down this is the best baby monitor on the market and the best company. I had my first camera and monitor for 2 years- it has survived my toddler throwing it across the room multiple times when I had it sitting on his crib (it is now where he cant reach it). I love the thermometer on it, I look at it constantly- It made me realize my sons room had a heating/cooling problem that we had the HVAC company come out to correct. I love the how much it can turn- I can literally see my toddler in his room anywhere in his room when he gets out of bed and zoom in as close on my baby to even see him breathing. I now have a second child and bought the add on camera. I love the scan mode that it goes back and forth between cameras every few seconds. My monitor charging port broke a few weeks before my second son was born and wouldnt charge anymore, even though I was a year out of warranty Infant Optics replaced it free of charge. I received the replacement in 2 days too! I dont think I could survive without this camera.

> 24 hourInfabt optics is a great monitor! I had Motorola prior to this and it worked great, but only lasted a year as the monitor constantly shut off and made very loud noises. The infant optics is easy to use and is great to scan between rooms. The option to scan is awesome, I believe it stays on each room for about 10-12 seconds. We have yet t use the wide angle lense but plan on doing so in the next few months (I’ll write another review then). One last thing, the customer service is SUPERB! We had an issue with our camera (somehow had static noise when it was in one room), so they troubleshooted with me and even checked in on me after a few days without responding. The problem didn’t resolve after a few adjustments so they sent me a new camera, which is working perfectly! It’s nice to have a company that is willing to work with you. Did I mention that they sent me the new one first, so I wouldn’t be out of a camera? So happy with product and company

> 24 hourEasy to pair and great quality like the one that came with the monitor but not happy with integration of the add on. Basically you either have to choose which camera you want to look at or scan them. So if camera one is scanning and on my sons room but my daughter starts crying I have to wait for it to switch to her room. It is based on a timer and not on noise. So you have no idea what’s going on in the other room when looking at a different room. So a few times my daughter is crying (I can hear her through the wall) but by the time the camera gets to her room she takes a breath to cry again but by the time she cries the camera switches back to her brother and I can’t hear her on the monitor. I wish I played audio from both and would switch to which everyone is making noise. If no noise is present it would scan. In general it’s fine for now

> 24 hourWe bought our first monitor for our son two years ago. We never realized the infrared sensor was not working and therefore, the night vision was poor. We thought it was just the system, so we stuck with it in order to avoiding purchasing a whole new monitor system with a different brand. Our second son was born recently and we purchased an add-on camera. We couldn’t believe the difference in quality. We called the company and that was when we realized the sensor must have come damaged with our original camera. However, since the one year warrantee had lapsed, they could offer us a 50% discount for a replacement. Customer services was quick and responsive. We did need to buy a separate zoom lens and battery replacement (with a much longer life), as well as a wall mount. Seen below: -Zoom lens: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ECGX24E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 -Battery replacement: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074J5B2LW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 -Wall mount: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RZCRW7X/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I do wish it came with the technology to automatically switch to the room where a child is crying or making noise as opposed to always remaining on scan. In addition, it would be nice to be able to access the monitor though an app on my phone so I did not always need to bring the monitor with me (the range does reach a little outside the house).

> 24 hourI bought this camera to ad to already purchased system to be able to monitor couple rooms at the same time. Picture quality is great whether it is a day or night. It gets little grainy with night mode but still very clear. I love the feature that I can adjust it horizontally and vertically via monitor. The unit is not split screen when used with more cameras, but it gives picture in 10 sec intervals between units. Quick shuffle button (OK) is great and helps to switch in need quickly and with ease if you need to choose one, two, or up to four cameras picture, or a scan mode. If you have a cell phone nearby the monitor it will interfere with a signal and unfortunately there is no silence option but you get a rather loud eating noise. This camera doesnt come standard with optical lens but its an option to buy. I currently dont need it so Im happy with how it is. So far Im liking this product and would recommend it to others.
