Do not expect this product to move all your files and settings. It moves some of them and its up to YOU the user to figure out which ones got moved, which files and setting are missing, and which are partial.

I would buy it again but only because it is recommended any MS and even then after some I would still buy it with caution.

Greater than one weekI have never before rated something so poorly but now believe the others that say, Dont buy this!! I did buy it and before I was done it cost me $400 to repair both of the computers this product wrecked, including the new one that cost more than $1000. I followed the instructions carefully and meticulously and things seemed to have transferred after working all night. It was when I tried to use them that everything fell apart. I couldnt even log in to start, Almost everything was corrupted Dont do this to yourself!

During the effort I made several attempts to get help from product support and while they tried to offer useful suggestions, each subsequent transfer attempt failed. When each attempt failed, it would appear the transfer was continuing (no messages to the contrary), but the amount of data transferred would come to a stop. At each such attempt no messages were present to offer guidance on the problems.
