My download included several Microsoft programs, but they did not appear to have transferred. I called the help number and their tech person was able to locate the files that had actually transferred but had not opened. She was extremely helpful and got everything up and going for me. Nice to have a company that supports their products so well.

The product worked as described but I would caution to make sure all is good with the new PC before cleaning the old one. I had problems and had to rebuy. Product is very good.

PC Mover made it easy to move all of my files from my old laptop to new.

Before buying I checked the product data sheet to verify if it supports MS Office 2010 on Windows 10 64 bit and it says Yes.

This is a terrible product that will do nothing but damage your cpu

Laplink transferred data completely from old computer to new. I received great customer service that was patient and professional. Laplink also wiped my old computer so I felt comfortable donating it. Excellent product!

Bought my Dad a new PC to replace the aging one he has. I got this one with the laplink cable to make things much easier on me. I cleaned up a lot of software and files beforehand to make the process as quick as possible. I also installed a lot of the same software on his new computer ahead of time. The only issue I ran into was that I had both the new and old computer named the same. That confused the application and they could never find one another. So I added the number 2 onto the end of the new computers name on a hunch, and that corrected the issue. It took under 10 minutes since his old PC had less than 100gb of data on it. The only problem was his Outlook pst file was corrupt, but I believe that was just already that way being over 2gb in size. I simply remade his profile in Outlook, and then imported the old pst after repairing it several times. This wasnt the softwares fault.

I should have paid attention to all the bad reviews of this item. This didnt work. I followed in detail all the directions. When I tried to go to my new PC, it claimed I have an outdated version that doesnt match the CD. I downloaded like I was supposed to and nothing was working. I called the company 24/7 customer service line and as soon as they said they wanted to remote into my PC to help, I said no thank you and decided to return it. Thank goodness for Amazons return policy. **Warning dont buy.
