Fairly easy to use, messed up the first time and had to rerun it, but it worked great.

I bought a new computer and had used PCmover before and found it easy. This time there were some differences in the operating systems (old vs new) which made it difficult. I was stymied. A tech from PCmover on Friday night took over my computer and walked me through all the changes necessary. I would never have been able to do it myself. She was patient and gracious. It all worked out and I was greaty impressed at how well she handled things.

TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO MOVE SOME FILES AND PROGRAMS FROM AN OLD COMPUTER TO A BRAND NEW ONE.

This is the 2nd time I have used PC Mover to transfer to a new desktop and it worked perfectly. So far, have not encountered any errors. VERY helpful going to a new computer. Used Laplinks transfer cable and everything worked out as expected.

This product worked flawlessly to transfer all my data from my old windows pc to my new windows pc.. best part is you do not need a bridging cable but you can use one if you wish.. I transferred data through WiFi. Took about an hour but everything transferred and worked afterwards.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... !!

The original software was kind of kinky, but the tech support was absolutely stellar. They had me up and running instantaneously and I was able to transfer all of the relevant files from my old computer to my new computer without any headache. If I get a new computer again, I will definitely use laplink PC Mover. Excellent experience.

First time user and was very impressed how well it worked. It only took about 20 minutes and was very easy to use.

Package contained an Ethernet cable, that’s it. A piece of paper was inserted that should have had a URL to download and a serial number as a new purchase. Had to contact Laplink support after providing proof of purchase. So this was on Amazon as if I had purchased directly from them they would have gotten it right.

I worked for weeks to get my Windows 7 PC into the present. I have a massive collection of photos. The online chats were worthless and I kept getting cut off when I was told to get on the old PC to do something. So I decide to call. After holding for 63 minutes I got someone’s who got into both PC and worked wonders. The last time this Dell did the same. None of the video could help.
