Purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter and it wouldn’t power on directly out of the box.

I got this for my elderly father so he can stay in touch with us kids. The picture was great and fairly easy to use but you cant pick it up and carry it from one room to another it must stay plugged in. Also it has a super short power cord so you have like 3 feet to work with. Stupid engineering. Would not buy again.

Not a chargeable unit. Must keep it plugged in.

Unit did not work. Took almost a month from return to getting another one. Missed the holidays.

we live long distance from family and we use FB video chat to stay in touch. This portal has been great love the quality, we also use as an alarm and a music player. Sound is clear and get loud, would defiantly recommend
