Needs to be cordless.

I am using portal 10” for more than a year now. I love the video calling. I like to use this as digital photo frame as well. Placed an order for bundle offer too this month. My use is limited and I am happy with it. 3 star coz everything else in portal UI doesn’t seems to work well. Specially portal doesn’t respond to you when you ask to do anything. I have Alexa account on portal which made my interaction with portal easier. I highly recommend portal to anyone who has limited use of it just as mine. But love to see if Facebook can improve overall product.

This device worked a lot better when it first arrived, but now not so much. Since the changes with Amazon Music you can’t play your playlists. The connection with other sites such as YouTube, or television networks is spotty and you spend a lot of time hitting the play button again and again…a time waster. There is nothing wrong with my internet or Wi-Fi because other devices like my iPad work fine. It does not hold Bluetooth connection consistently with my other devices that I use to play music either. I primarily use now for Zoom calls when I don’t have to present. Sort of disappointed in Amazon.

I WANT to love this thing, but they make it sooo hard... As weve made the purchases we push through and use, and enjoy them... but Id be hesitant to really recommend someone buy one... Next Generation maybe?

I tested this device making video calls with several people and all said the image they were seeing was very good, and that the audio sounded great. This device is perfect when you have large gatherings at home and want to make video calls with other people. No more holding a cellphone and fitting it one or two people. Ive very satisfied with this purchase.

It’s not working anymore after I haven’t used it since Apr. I don’t know what happened. All I see on the screen is Portal. No messenger.

The 10 inch portal lasted just under 60 days when it began having issues with sound. I have had the 8 inch and portal tv and never had problems with them. The seller will not do anything to make it right.

I bought two as Christmas gifts for my mom and nana. They love it. Now I want one for me.
