Meta Portal TV - Big Screen Smart Video Calling for Group Calls on Your TV

I bought this to use as a digital frame, because Ive bought multiple digital frames in the past from different companies and had them all die within a year. My mom has had great luck with her Echo Show I got her, but I got it at a great price and now theyre significantly more expensive for a 10 screen. For the money, the portal seemed like a great option since all my photos are on facebook anyway. However, software currently only allows photo slideshow up to an hour. Ive contacted Facebook Portal about this as have other users. Hopefully a software update will be around in the future, but it is not right now. Now I just have to decide whether saving the money is worth tapping the screen every hour or if I should return it.

I purchased 3 one for myself, daughter & mother. My daughter is stationed in Hawaii and with a new granddaughter I wanted something easy to use other than aways holding my phone. The portal is awesome we feel like we are in the same room together since we are using our TVs to video chat.. Its a must for grandparents!!

I bought this for my daughter and her hubby for Christmas and they absolutely LOVED it!!!! it does a lot of different things so it was a big hit. Might consider one for myself.

Bought this so my husband that is visually impaired can video chat with grand kids, kids, and other family. Great product but as soon as someone picks up a tablet in our home it is asking who is using portal. Very annoying. Other than that it is great.

Ok, so I bought my meta portal during prime day was going to purchase another echo but decided to do the portal. The only thing that I dont like about the portal is that it doesnt have enough apps that I can choose from and when I click on apps it clicks off. So i had to reset it in order for it work again other than that it great.
