Meta Portal TV - Big Screen Smart Video Calling for Group Calls on Your TV

Would not connect to WiFi on my network or my friends network under any circumstances we tried. A variety of other devices work fine. I have to assume its JUNK.

Loved the video calling on Portal and ability to browse web -> watch youtube videos.

Its easy to set up, simple to use. The camera works great as it tracks whoever is moving around. Sound quality is excellent, too.

Ordered the portal in January, took months to be delivered, get back home from work later & find out it is a used portal & someone else has already installed their profiles on it & now I can not reset it or use it

Zoom doesnt download after repeated times. Only good for facebook video chat. Connection so so.

We loved our portal, but then it just stopped working. The controls wouldnt work and the app wouldnt open. Very upsetting, since we used it to see children around the world that we couldnt see due to COVID.

I purchased the large one for my home and my daughters so that I could see my new grand baby and she could see me it has been wonderful we are able interact with her on a regular basis it far exceeded our expectations best purchase of the year

With my mother hundreds of miles away, this is an amazing way for her to see her grandchildren. Great quality and convenience.

The Portal TV product idea is great - truly ground braking for families. The problem is execution.

Got this to replace a digital screen. So far, so good. Only complaint is that I wish the instructions to set up and access albums was a little more clear. Im used to technology, but got frustrated. I thought it wasnt working because it only showed images from Resplash, but it was only due to a very long lag.
