Well I like the concept. Just a little difficult setting it up. Other than that, I havent experienced any problems yet. See what it do on down the road.

Great product but buy it from Facebook portal website and get it $50 cheaper. Amazon does not price match.

I was tired of talking to my family and looking at the ceiling. Or even worse, my nieces mouth. Now I can have a family time, long distance without getting dizzy. The camera senses movement and will pan around. It’s incredible.

This is an extraordinary product, I highly, HIGHLY recommended!

That being said, there is a lot more that I would like to see it do.

This works well when you adjust the settings and use the right app. Using Facebook chat doesnt work well because it creates an echo from the speakers on your TV. If you use the Zoom app you can fix the echo problem in settings by switching the the portals built in speakers and not using your tvs speakers.

Alexa integration was not as straightforward as preferred, but managed to get it installed. I also found the touchscreen to be a little finicky. This was purchased for my elderly mother and it took her some time to understand that just a light touch would work on the screen.

Frequently dropped calls!!!!

Purchased this to be able to talk to My daughter and her new family now that they live far away. It’s choppy but I think that is due to poor internet in area. We r hoping when they move soon. Hoping It will have a better internet connection there.
