I read all the reviews after I already purchased these. I got a great deal on them. Well after reading reviews it made me decide to cancel my order. I was too late to cancel. When they came today I came back and read reviews other peoples trouble shooting guides etc. well the only thing I did was put the two bulbs where I wanted. Turned them on. Then I asked my echo dot 3rd generation to find new devices! It was that easy. One is call first light, the other is called 2nd light. They are both in my living room so I also grouped them together where I can just say turn living room lights on or off. I also can say turn on Light one or two. I can say dim to 50% and it dims them to whatever % I choose. Dry easy to install! I didnt download any new apps either. I do have the Alexa app on my phone which I can control them from the Alexa app too!! Now Im glad I didnt get the order canceled in time!! Oh and someone else said the instructions that came with them is worthless so I didnt even read that.

Difficult to sync with Google without downloading Hue Apps

We love these so much. They make a huge difference for us as. We tried one and found them so helpful that we purchased 7 more, and then ordered additional as gifts.

We were early adopters, and those original lights were 50 or 70 watt replacements. We absolutely love them. Weve been using them for years with Siri and Alexa, and they work wonderfully. Our living room was still a bit dim, so when we saw 100 watt replacements, we jumped on them and bought 8 bulbs. Seems like it is expensive, but these things have seriously lasted years without any hiccup at all. It was easy to replace the bulbs we had - my wife would turn lights she had synced green to keep up with which ones shed already done, so in a few minutes after installing them we were up and running like normal. The other bulbs are being dispersed around the house to sockets that didnt have these hue bulbs so now our whole house is covered. Our living room is much brighter now, and we can set mood lighting for movies and watching TV. Great product, the 100 watt replacement is a very welcomed upgrade.
