I bought this as a drive replacement for my aging nvidia shields hard drive. Its amazing what the difference is in performance. The shield boots up and is ready to use in less than 30s. Great buy.

Use this to increase storage and improve speed on an MSI laptop. It did a great job with both. Of course the install process with getting everything moved over was a challenge but once complete it works great.

I brought a 1TB SATA to upgrade my old laptop. The drive I got is a brand-new one with 0 power-on hours and 0 data written (confirmed by Samsung Magician). Small file written speed is around 15 to 20MB/s. If you are looking for a budget option to upgrade your laptop, buy this drive.

This review is very specifically for any Lenovo Yoga users out there. I had a hard time finding any reviews or descriptions on whether a 7mm ssd drive would fit as a replacement for the original Seagate ultra thin 5mm hdd.

Replaced a 1TB HD for this 500TB SSD, my computer was only 3 months old, added some programs and started to get slow. Replaced it and BOOM!! 30 seconds to boot up including sign on and Im surfing the internet. Computer specs are HP Laptop Touch, 8th Gen. Intel Core I5, 4 GB SDRam4 with 16GB Intel Optane memory. Used Apricorn Sata Wire 3.0 cloning kit, just make sure SSD drive gets formatted, do it right and youll be surfing flawlessly.

upgarded older 2.5 hdd to ssd and its blazing fast.. boot times around 28 sec to 40 sec with all the desktop items and programs.
