    I bought this 1TB SSD as my primary data drive replacement in my laptop, and now Im wondering why I didnt do it sooner. (Probably because it would have cost too much.) I am totally delighted that the prices on Solid State Drives (SSDs) have come down to the point where they are affordable. As of this writing, I have been using this drive for three months, and couldnt be happier.

    Installation was a breeze and the disk initialization/allocation was simple. I tried out Samsung Magician to install new firmware and run benchmarks but it doesnt seem like its required so I may just uninstall it later. So far I have two virtual machines running from this drive and it runs great. Fast and simple.

    Installed in Moms old HP Inspiron, works flawlessly. Samsung SSD drives are second to none, I have 3 now: 2 in desktop PCs and one in a laptop, no problems whatsoever and Windows 10 boots in under 90 seconds.

    quality disc and easy to install thanks to migration software available for free download. my second SSD from Samsung. they are my go-to brand for SSDs

    Samsung Quality is never disappointing, except.... After Installing, and Cloning with Acronis, got an error on Samsung Magician.... Said Drive was not authentic. Wouldnt let me start RAPID MODE. Googled issue, and quickly figured out to update Samsung Magician software. After that was done ver. 5.31, System detected Drive as Authentic and to do a firmware update. That took 1 min, and voila......
