18-04-2025Works well, but be ceraful before installing on Macbook as you will have to install then start Mac in recovery mode, format and install ios. Mac doesnt recognize if you try to connect it externally.

> 3 dayExactly what is says. Works great. Came retail packaged & appears to be genuine. Install went well EXCEPT that the included software can only copy the primary drive. So if you are working on a desktop like I was (mirroring a primary laptop drive to this one) you will need other software. I was able to still get the job done with Macrium.

16-04-2025I was considering replacing my Dell E6430 (2014ish) laptop, (still looks new). As a habit, I frequently optimize (defragment) but pretty slow and time consuming. I would hardly ever use the laptop unless Im away (seldom) but I kinda like having it. The processor is 2 core/ 4 thread - not the fastest out there - but can easily handle basic tasks. I previously maxed the ram. Now wondering if a solid state hard drive would cut time spent processing upgrades and optimizing (much cheaper than replacing a laptop I seldom use). Turned out to be an amazing functionality speed boost and I picked up some additional hard drive space. Extremely pleased with this SSD upgrade!

Greater than one weekProduct purchased as a Data Drive in concert with a 970 EVO 1TB from same company for OS. Installed in an otherwise stock Dell G7 15 7588 on recommendations that the parts were in fact compatible (added 32GB ram as well) Used for editing of digital audio workstation projects. This drive is excellent and, unless you have a TON of cash to purchase a 9xx large capacity SSD for your data purposes, this will be just about the best high capacity solid state drive you can fit into your mid-level mobile workstation
