Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-76E1T0B/AM)

I’ve bought over 400 Samsung drives over the last 6 years to use as upgrades for my customers Microsoft and Mac OS computers as well as in our custom build, I’ve only had 2 replacement in that time. I don’t buy any other brand because of that low failure rate.

Wish I could have afforded the 1 TB but 500GB seems to be enough. Fast as ****. Even the well known loading screen on WOW that takes a decade to load is **** near instant.

This SSD is absolutely insane. My load times have increased one hunredfold moving from a Hard Drive and Im very glad I snagged this. Only downside is I wish it was a bit cheaper but for the price I guess I cant really complain. Giving it a 5 stars with 1 star off of storage capacity because in my opinion it couldve had more storage capacity

My pc immediately recognized the drive and I was able to clone an existing hard drive before removing the old drive permanently. My PC now has two SSD drives to complete the nest PC I’ve ever had.

If you have a conventional hard drive, do yourself a favor and get one of these. The Samsung data migration software (free download) is super easy to use and works perfectly. I was so impressed with the results that I bought another one for a different laptop.

I purchased 2 of these. One for my laptop and one for my desktop. The speed improvemnent on both of my machines is incredible. Boot times and load times for applications has increased so significantly I am so much more productive. And the ease of intalling them made it a breeze to upgrade my computers. I will definitly be getting more.

As easy to install as any other standard SATA ssd. Speed tests are showing perfect results in line with specs. I installed Windows 10 to it and it has been operating flawlessly for about a month now. Would purchase again. Great price point, great product. If you can get an M.2 probably go with that, but for those of us with older motherboards, this SSD is hard to beat.

I installed it on my Macbook pro 2012 (non-retina), it is much faster and efficient!

I have been wanting a 1TB SSD of this quality for some time.
