I have 3 varying in size and a previous EVO line in my machines and these have never disappointed me. Zero failures, zero problems, just lightning speed and satisfaction.

> 3 dayThis is my 7th samsung ssd. I am upgrading one of them because I need more space and the old one will find a new home in my sons pc. I have had 0 problems with any of my samsung ssds. Even my first ssd is still going strong (830 series 128gb).

11-06-2025This Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB did everything it was supposed to do. I stalled it in my Predator Helios 500 with no problems at all and now I have plenty of storage for photos, games, etc.

> 3 dayThe Samsung Evo line has been fantastic for me since the 840 evo...I’ve used these in everything from workstations, servers, Linux machines, windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 home & Pro, Mac’s and I even upgraded my PS4 with one! Bottom line these are fantastic and Samsung’s magician Software is awesome for windows, rapid mode is amazing!

> 3 daySo I can’t compare this SSD to other brands’ SSD. That said, going from old SATA hard drive to SSD was a game changer. I almost replaced my laptop due to its sluggishness and slow responses. After going to SSD, there’s a night and day difference. Everything is just so much faster. I think the battery is lasting longer, too. (Not actually measured)
