Best Headphone Ive ever used. The fact that I can change the cable (and I already bought 2 replacement cables in adition to the 2 that comes) is extremely important to me. Sennheiser quality at its best.

The headphones are really amazing. I never expected to hear such sounds, its incredible clear and clean sound. There are no very advanced effects which is what every audiophile would want - the real sound. They are also absolutely very comfortable to wear for long time, there is no pressure, no bad feeling or any hurt while wearing them. The only little negative is that they are not completely silent for others, I mean that people around can hear a little bit what you listen. Also would be perfect if there was a box to carry and store them.

Pretty comfortable and sound really good. I have a couple of Bose IEs and some Audio Technicas, but around the house, these are my go-to headphones. The sound is natural to me and theyre lightweight so they dont feel like a task to wear.

My favourite-sounding headphones. It sounds better than than my Sennheiser HD 598 CS, Sennheiser PC 360, Audio-Technica M50, Bose QuietComfort 25, and Bose QuietComfort 20.

Looks stylish and is comfy to wear for long periods of time. The ear cups made of padded fabric, unlike other faux-leather cups, wont make you sweaty during extended use. The open sound stage accurately supports a wide audio range perfect for watching movies, playing games, and of course listening to Americas Top 40. These mid-end Sennheisers are more than capable of serving the daily needs of the average user, while also delivering a splash of luxury that higher-end headphones offer. They are certainly well worth the discount price! Only gripe is that the band that controls the extension and reach of the headphones appears to be constructed out of several pieces of plastic fitted together, which I can foresee wearing out after years of use.

Bought these headphones on a Black Friday deal and thought the deal was too good to pass on. Rest assured I would have happily paid twice what I paid for them they are that good! Having previously owned closed back headphones before I was not entirely sure what to expect with these open back headphones but I could not be more impressed. The sound is incredible, feels like you are in a room of sound rather than it just being forced into your ears which is a huge bonus for the range of music I listen too - these headphones deliver a very balanced hefty baseline and do not struggle with any highs or delicate pieces, which is a major advantage over many other rival headphones of this nature I have tried. Slightly bulkier than most over ear headphones so would recommend for home use mainly (rather than exercise or travel) - I wear them nearly all day everyday for work and barely notice they are on and deliver perfect sound time and time again. Beautifully made, very comfortable, decent cable length.

Wow - als ich diese Sennheiser-Kopfhörer das erste Mal aufhatte und ein paar Referenzstücke anspielte war ich hin- und weg. Bislang nutzte ich wenn dann eher In-Ear-Kopfhörer, die meist im Lieferumfang der Geräte enthalten waren. Doch nichts von einem undifferenzierten Klang, der diesen Hörern zumeist zueigen ist, als ich diese Sennheiser HD598 Hörer aufhatte. Die Background-Gitarren, - Chöre oder -Streicher klingen richtig präsent, de Bass erdrückt das Ganze nicht zu sehr und das Klangbild ist erfreulich warm und präsent. Die Nuancen, die in den Stücken und Arrangements stecken, lassen sich mit diesen Sennheiser-Kopfhörer wirklich erhören. Zudem sitzen die beiden Hörer sehr gut um die Ohrmuscheln herum und drücken in keinster Weise. Neben dem normalen Klinkenausgang ist gleich noch ein passender Adapter enthalten, der den Stecker auf die Größe der meisten handelsüblichen Kopfhörerausgänge reduziert. Desweiteren ist noch ein normales 3,5 mm-Klinkenkabel enthalten, das in den rechten Hörer eingesteckt werden kann, falls das vorhandene Kabel einmal seinen Dienst versagen sollte. Das Kabel des Kopfhörers selbst ist reichlich lang und erlaubt einen großen Bewegungsradius. So macht das Hören von guter Musik wirklich Spaß - für Audiophile und Freunde von guten Klängen auf jeden Fall eine Investition wert!

Habe vor dem kauf viele tests gelesen und die waren alle sehr positiv. der bas wurde von vielen tests einbisschen bemängelt. deswegen war ich sehr gespannt drauf die kopfhörer zu probieren hatte angst der bas wäre zu flach (bin kein bas fanatiker) aber einbisschen bas darf schon vorhanden sein und got sei dank, der bas ist da. Benutze die kopfhörer beim fernsehen, musik hören. Der raumklang ist sehr detailliert, und deswegen sind die kopfhörer beim fernsehen wirklich gut. Negativ: was du hörst können andre auch hören, man sollte die kopfhörer zu hause lassen und nicht in der öffentlichkeit bentuzen da die kopfhörer eigentlich auch als lautsprecher dienen könnten. Die sind leicht und angenehm, und erfüllen meine erwartungen zu 100 % und kriegen deswegen 5 sterne.
