Sennheiser HD 598 Special Edition Over-Ear Headphones - Black (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

Quality product that arrived earlier than expected and will recommend for anyone looking for a headphone at this price range. The only reason why I chose the black ones is the fact that the beige would look awkward for my computer setup.

Ive always been biased toward Sennheiser headphones, having used them in my 12 yrs as a FM-Radio Announcer. So, when they arrived I was excited to hear how they sounded, and they did not disappoint. I had been using a pair of Koss headphones, which for a cheap headset have a great sound to them. However, they cant compare to the HD-598 Special Editions. Ive tucked them away for now and am back to using my Koss. I use them on my desktop computer. Im saving the HD-598s for my high end Stereo System which is presently being reconditioned. Once its ready for use, Nirvana!

These things are something else I cannot use any other headphones without wanting to come back these. So comfortable and great sound.

amazon was good as ever but i had the same pair a couple of years ago and it was way better in terms of quality. probably thats why they reduced the price

The Sennheiser HD 598 is the most value for money top of the line mid range headphones you can get. Sounds amazing.

Very, very good headphones. Very comfortable, even for extended periods and excellent sound quality.
