> 3 dayI have two cameras in my home that they monitor. It cost $4.99 per month each camera. They bill my credit card. For the past two years they send me regular, aggravating emails from Dave that my credit card wont process. Not true, my credit card is fine. They offer a way to fix it on the phone app. Very frustrating - you cannot fix it on the app. Secondly, you call the 800 number and you reach a 3rd party call answering service who cannot fix it. Bottom line - avoid aggravation and frustration and use a different company.

> 3 dayThe motion sensor received NIB never worked, 100% broken. Whatever, not a big problem. The big problem is the camera, which requires you to buy a subscription just to view saved videos. The whole point of the system is to be DIY. Requiring you to get a subscription to monitor your own house hearkens back to the bad old days of active monitoring companies. Avoid the hassle - if youre looking for a subscriptionless option, this isnt it.

> 3 dayThis is easy set up and provided enough for my windows and doors. I do feel much safer having this device in my townhouse. So far so good, it has been two months I used it. Dependable product.

> 3 daySo far I haven’t had any issues. My only complaint is that the adhesives on some of the entry sensors and particularly the motion sensors are not very strong. I used adhesive strips to install them myself, as they fell down twice.

> 3 dayI spent a lot of money and not happy about the product. The chime is so low you can’t even hear ppl come in and out. Doesn’t seem safe for a security. There are so many parts. You can not properly secure your home with these system.

> 3 dayWe left for an time the day after our SimpliSafe arrived. I attached the door sensors and the motion detectors, and set the system up. Tested, and everything worked as it should. Came home after our trip, put in our code, and all was well. We set it every night, and just feel more secure with it activated. I need to finish with tech to set up the dispatch notification, but other than that, all good. I did get heavier Velcro for the control panel, which works just fine.

> 3 dayI had simply safe for a few years before I was broken into and realized this cant be a security company. My motion sensor was triggered and it took them 13 minutes to call and notify me, after that they then called the police who actually showed up pretty quick imo, 7 min. So the intruder had 20 min. to get what they could and leave. I called this company 8 times, the customer service could not answer why it took 13 min. to reach me from the time the motion sensor was tripped, they would always say a supervisor would call me back. I sent them 2 emails asking why it took 13 min. to call me after a motion sensor is tripped, I have yet to hear back from email or phone, they just ignored me. I was not rude or loud on the phone with them or the email. I consider it fraud they are allowed to sell monitored security systems that intruders can watch 1/2 an episode of a sitcom before they even call you.

> 3 dayWent through set up actual system. It was easy enough to set up physically. Its a little disappointing that its not immediately intuitive to view the current status of each sensor, you have to dig through menu a few clicks. No alerts for when a sensor is triggered other than the chime on the base station. Doesnt really work for self monitoring when you do not get alerts other than just the alarm. If self monitoring and buying again, I would go a different route. I would also buy a different vendor that does not advertise as works with Google(the reason I got it) when in fact it does not. If I am wrong, correct me and I can adjust the feedback, but for now it sticks.

> 3 dayI purchased this system to replace my original Simplisafe system. My original system worked great but I have had nothing but problems with sensors not responding since I installed the new system. I have contacted support numerous times and they reset system and it will work for a while and same issue again. They have replaced most of the sensors at least once but I still have issues. Most of the problems are with the glass break sensors but most days at least one of the sensors , entry, glass break, water, temperature is not responding. If you are looking for a reliable system this is not it.
