Simplisafe was the easiest thing i have ever had to do and being a nontech person I am thankful for that. The cost was so minimal compared to my past security setup. Any one who visits has to see my new security system (with exception of course).

I feel so much more safe and secure with SimpliSafe. It is a great product and customer service is extremely kind and helpful! We love SimpliSafe.

Components for the Simpli safe system are completely unreliable. Since I purchased my Simpisafe system multiple sensors and motion detectors have gone out and not worked. Customer service was unwilling to help and replace the malfunctioning pieces of the system. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy this system. I found out later the components don’t work on aluminum windows which was not in the book it came with!!

I keep getting these these for gift for my family. Its easy to install, no contract, easy set up in the app and it just make me feel better knowing they have this extra protection. Love love love.

Please do not purchase this alarm system it will cost you more money then saving, had charges of $580 in false alarm fees for a malfunctioning motion sensor SimpliSafe doesn’t even bother contacting you, horrible tech support and customer service also first time calling the lady was So rude to the point she was screaming in my ear because I talked over her! Don’t buy! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

It was so easy to install and operate. Have it on my ph and I love it. Wish Id had it years before.

Having a REAL PROBLEM getting an alarm certificate downloaded - major malfunction requiring major investments in time on the phone talking endlessly to customer support. They say it can’t be done. Have to have a windows pc or send it to your Ins co.

This is very limited unless you expand it with monitoring. It comes with basic door/window sensors and a motion depending on what kit you purchase. I dont think it is as robust as it should be. I would have liked to see a much louder siren included. Immediate text notifications are a must. This simply isnt as powerful as a full function system needs to be for an entire home. This may work for tiny homes and small spaces.
