> 24 hourGreat little safety lock. Bought to use on my toddlers closet so he can’t get into mischief in the night. Only just applied it so can’t speak for the quality of adhesion but I’m happy to have found this.

> 24 hourI thought it was going to be hard to figure out how to set it up but it wasnt. I followed the instructions as well as I watched the video that was posted. I tried it out and then I stuck it down to the glass of the slider. So far my 6 year old grandson hasnt noticed it. I was scared to try it at first because I was going from a bike chain and a lock to this device but what a surprising change. I have since removed the bike chain set up and now I feel in the event of a fire this device would be easier to unlock in a rush. I originally thought it was going to be like a flimsy plastic but its like a rugged, heavy plastic.

> 24 hourI bought this to put on our sliding glass door that leads to our back deck. Our toddler is now y’all enough to unlock the door and able to unlock the screen sliding door and get out to our deck. She liked doing this when I would be swapping laundry or in the bathroom. Super scary because she can also undo the latch to our gate on the back deck. I put this up as high as I could (while she was napping) on our door and let it sit for a few hours withought being used then put it to the test. This allowed our door to open less than an inch!

> 24 hourThese small devices are a Godsend! My cat is continually trying to gain access to my closet. She loves it in there; however, my clothes do not. They end up covered in cat hair! I tried unsuccessfully blocking the closet doors with other items and she always found a way around them. Other methods also failed. These locks have finally solved my problem. They are easy to install, just peel & stick. They are completely flat and out of the way when I need access to the items in my closet. When I shut the doors, it just takes a second to engage the locks and my cat can no longer get inside! I would recommend these items. They were exactly as described.

> 24 hourThis thing is a life savor!!! I have some of the most frustrating pets. My cats like to slide my closet door open to sleep on my clothes..always my black wardrobe and my dogs likes to slide the pantry door open to help himself to everything..usually carbs..dog after my own heart! This is a wonderful product! It’s very discreet and can be hidden toward the bottom of the door. We were originally going to have a piece of wood cut, similar to what you’d put in windows to keep people from breaking in, but I’m glad I looked for alternative solutions on amazon because instead of the wood just keeping one side from opening this thing prevents my pets from opening both sides! I did put a big note on my doors temporarily reminding myself and my kids it’s on there to prevent us from just trying to yank the doors open too quickly because it’s not like they’re metal or screwed into the door, but they do seem pretty sturdy.

> 24 hourI got these to keep my 20 lb. naughty Ragdoll kitty out of my sliding door closets. I also have a variety of anti-kitty cabinet locks and bungees on cabinets. I almost gave this device a 1 star, because the first time after I installed one, the cat kept banging on the door and managed to jiggle it loose enough to get in. The 2nd. time he banged the door so much he broke wood off of the bottom, but didnt get it open. I guess he decided it was too much work, and now seems to have given it. Was easy to install and it didnt fall off even with kitty banging incessantly on the door. So...for now Ill give it a 4 star!

> 24 hourIf you’re not a parent, I don’t know why you’d want this. It’s actually a little annoying to lock and unlock (not hard once you figure out the ambiguous instructions, just annoying). But for us... our house has become a little chaotic recently. My little one has been opening our sliding closet doors and taking everything off shelves and hangers. She usually then takes clothes out and tosses them or hides them wherever she sees fit. I haven’t recovered some of our missing items but I was able to finally tidy up, add the locks on, and now our clothes are safe again. I highly recommend drawer and cabinet locks, too! One final note - we did have to use both locks on our closet because one alone didn’t feel sturdy enough for our strong child not to break. We put the two about 1.5 ft apart higher up on the closet door. Will try to take/post a photo or video of it if it helps someone out.

> 24 hourSimple idea, easy to install and holds well. However I found it a lot more difficult to fully lock and unlock than I had expected, especially after installation.

> 24 hourAs someone else mentioned, theres a pin that the front of this lock rotates around as the lock is engaged/disengaged and it fell out. I was able to feed it back in, but Ill likely need to put a drop of super glue on the bottom to seal it in. The pin itself doesnt seem to need to rotate, so it should be okay to glue, but if the pin falls out this product doesnt work at all, so Ill have to figure something out if that doesnt work (glue a cover to the bottom so the pin doesnt fall out.)
