> 24 hourThis is a Great little rechargeable flashlight. I had one previously and lost it, so I bought two more. One to keep in my bedroom night stand and one for work. It is BRIGHT. i mean like when you turn it on it is so bright people near you will claim that they can hear it it is so bright. the only thing that could make this flashlight better would be if it was cheaper.

> 24 hourI work in a prison, so a small flashlight is invaluable. This is the fourth flashlight Ive bought while trying to find one I liked, and I feel that I hit pay dirt. If this one breaks, however unlikely that may be, Ill get another one in a heart beat. Pros: - Omg, bright. So much light out of such a small light. On its brightest setting, it will light up a dark area like nothing else. During a recent blackout, it seemed to outperform the headlights and spotlights on one of the patrol vehicles. - Its extremely durable. Im clumsy, and this one has taken a couple nasty bounces off the concrete. Still going. - The lowest setting is still reasonably bright, and allows several hours of use at that setting. - The charger can be used in a vehicle, which is my favorite thing about this. My commute is just over an hour, and between driving home and coming back to work the following day, I can have my light fully charged and ready to go without even taking it in the house. Cons: - Price, I guess? Its a lot to pay for a flashlight, but considering how much it gets used, and the quality of it, Id say its more than worth it. So, its a great little light. If you depend on a flashlight for work or, as in my case, your safety, this ones a good bet.

> 24 hourI am a police officer and I originally bought my first Streamlight Strion right out of the academy. I replaced a halogen flashlight the department I work for provided and I must say it was like night and day switching to the Streamlight. This product was perfect for me. Its compact and light weight which was perfect for me to add to my duty belt. I bought a flashlight holder for my rig and it was also easy to remove when I needed it in hurry. This flashlight also comes with a wall charger and a car charger. When you charge the flashlight, theres a red light that stays on so you know that its charging and the red light will flash when it is fully charged. I highly recommend this flash light for anyone whether their life depends on it or when they are in an emergency situation. Ive had this flashlight for more than five years and use it almost daily. Ive dropped it numerous times and it still works. Streamlight is also a great company to work with their customer service. The on and off button started to malfunction and luckily I lived near the Streamlight warehouse and I told their employee the problems I was having with it. Within 15 minutes they replaced the faulty on/off button and it has been 100% ever since. I have to say their warranty was great because I didnt have to pay a dime. I definitely stand behind this product!

> 24 hourThis is a nice light, a little smaller than I imagined, but it has a good feel to it and it lights up a pitch black room with such gusto that you would think it was much larger. No complaints, the cost doesnt matter when the quality and performance are there. I have two larger Streamlight flashlights, each work flawlessly for their applications.

> 24 hourIve always had fullsize Streamlights, this is my first compact size. Its got a good weight while holding it, large beam spectrum. Easy button push. I love that I can charge it with the included charger either plugged into the cigarette lighter charger in my vehicle or plugged into the wall. I take this camping with me as well as using it to see my dog in the far parts of my backyard at night. It does what its supposed to, and is very bright. Not quite as bright as the fullsize version, but still completely capable of illuminating the trash pandas picking my oranges at night.

> 24 hourThe flashlight is super bright. The battery life is great and recharges quickly. The only issue i have with the light is the switch on the back. It will come on with very little or no pressure in a bag or pocket.

> 24 hour500 lumens. Assembled in the USA. The battery pack is made in China but the internal cells are made in Japan. The only complaint is that this does not have a hole for lanyard. The paint is extremely robust; I tried to inscribe my initials but I had to use metal pick and took several paths before the bare metal was shown. UPDATE (10/30/16): Lately, ther are a number of LED flashlights boasting 1000 lumens or higher. It is actually nothing more than advertisement and the actual output is far less than 1000 lumens. How do I know? Well, I compare those 1000+ lumens LED lights with the Strion and it has been outperforming just about all of them. Incidentally, 99% of them are made in China, and the exact same products are sold under many different names. A genuine U.S made high-power LED flashlight at $100 (give/take a few more dollars) is a serious bargain. The only downside is the battery, which is made in China (cells are made in different countries in Asia but final assembly is in China). My prejudice tells me that the only LED flashlights that can actually outperform the Strion are mid to high-end Surefire products, but their price is out of the roof (Surefire Beast was approx $1500-$2000 in Japan).

> 24 hourI like this light. Especially considering I carried the original Strion for a long time until it stopped working. So I upgraded to this brighter version. It is very bright, but I miss the longer life of my older model. I understand that with more power your trade off is less battery life, but it gives me flashlight anxiety! This one drains much and I mean much faster than the original strion. I find it going out on me so often that if I went back to full time night shift I would have to try another model because it wouldnt last a shift. I understand that this is meant for lighter duty than the larger lights and I appreciate the convince of on the belt carry, but I feel like my older strain could have handled a whole night shift. I run this light like its on a prepaid data plan!

> 24 hourAlways been a fan of Streamlight products. Always superior quality and built to last. This flashlight did not disappoint. I already had a regular Strion for the last 5 years and wanted to add another to the collection. I went with the high lumen. And I thought my old one was bright?!?!? These flashlights are not meant for tight quarters. They are way too bright. If youre looking for a flashlight to, say.........read a book in your tent? Not the right choice. If you want to light up the other side of a football field? Now were talking! It has a focussed beam, not a floodlight. Small, but powerful. Perfect to keep in your purse next to the pepper spray LOL. Very popular among law enforcement officers. Well worth the money compared to those cheap Chinese copycats.

> 24 hourI have had the pleasure of using the Strion in Law Enforcement. The fact that it is rechargeable is cool BUT The brightness is brain-numbing so be careful! There are three levels and a feature to get Emergency attention ( it would be nice if it was an SOS signal but it is not). Its lightweight but sturdy enough to break glass and does not easily slip out of your hands. Sure you can go to Autozone and get a basic Flashlight but invest in a Strion and you will never buy theirs again I promise.
