Greater than one weekExcellent product. Very bright, compact, durable, reliable and good battery life. We have 3 or 4 of these lights and use them constantly. The on/off switch went out on one, after several years of use, and it was simple and inexpensive to replace.

> 3 dayI am an elevator constructor. I am working in an elevator hoist way 90% of my day. This light has been far superior to all the others I have tried. Maglite, Finix and Nightcore all AA models over the years. I keep the charger in my car and plug it in on my commute to and from work. I always have a bright fully charged light. No more dealing with dead or dying AA batteries. This HL series is set up as a flood light. Its perfect for my application. Shine it outside in the back yard and it lights up a huge area very brightly. Never seen such a powerful light in a small package. It is the most expensive flashlight I have ever bought, but I am glad I finally pulled the trigger on it.

> 3 dayI had been buying the Strion LED versions since I lose these all the time, and this time I bought the LED HL. The LED HL is much better. I also have the full size Stinger HPL. The Stinger is a little brighter overall but the center part of the beam is much brighter than the outside of the beam. This Strion gives a very even light pattern which I think is better. Likely the Strion will stay on my belt and the Stinger will stay in the car.

> 3 dayIve been a plumber for over 33 years and this flashlight is the best one Ive ever owned and over the years Ive used a lot of flashlights. I lost my old Strion LED HL model in a very deep layer of attic insulation and I was very upset! It was almost 4 years old and the only thing to ever fail was the tail switch which the company covered under the warranty. These things are tough as nails and will light up the darkest areas I work in. I will hopefully hang on to this one for the rest of my life. You get what you pay for and Im really glad to be fortunate enough to be able to afford this fine product. You will not be disappointed!

> 3 dayExtremly bright light. But the finish is pretty worn after only a few months of using it for work. Battery life is also bad. If you need it to run for more than a couple hours a day unfortunately it will not last all day on one charge. It also turns on to the brightest setting as the first option when you turn it on. This leads to battery life being drained much quicker because you often turn it on and dont think to hold the button for an extra few seconds to wait for the brightness to dim. Also if you lose the charger youre screwed because it doesnt use a micro usb like almost all other rechargeable lights.

Greater than one weekGreat flashlight. It holds a charge a long time. The high beam is extremely bright, and the feature to turn it down to a dimmer beam is nice. The strobe feature is great, and can temporarily disable/interrupt the senses of the person on the receiving end of the strobe. The flashlight gets quite warm when it is kept on, so a nice case is a must, dont put it in a pocket. This case fits the flashlight extremely well: http://www.amazon.com/Uncle-Mikes-Kodra-Nylon-Strion/dp/B003QWXVJQ The charging cradle is sturdy. I bought the flashlight with both cords, the 120-volt AC/12-volt DC 1-Holder Charger, because I wasnt sure which would be the most convenient option for pressing need of recharging; vehicle or home. Im glad I bought both, because it offers me the chance to recharge either way, although I have to bring the cradle along just in case. I might buy another cradle just to keep in my vehicle.

> 3 dayMy husband has had a few of these, he has ran over them with forklifts, I have washed them (both washer and dryer), plus the day to day beating that they take and they still keep shining! The ONLY reason we have had to buy a total of 3 is because of getting lost/stolen/left behind situations. I am sure whomever found the other two (assuming they have a way to charge it) still have functioning perfectly bright flashlights!

> 3 dayThese are incredibly bright, incredibly tuff very long lasting flashlights. I have one that was run over by a forklift and I replaced the switch and straightened the end and it still works great.

> 3 dayThis type of tactical law enforcement flashlight is what my father recommended to me if I was going to ride a motorcycle at night. He was right in his assessment of this flashlight. Its very bright and I like it alot and now I have three of them. its very expensive but I understand the reason why cuz its a lifetime flashlight. You can recharge it yourself. You dont need to continue buying batteries for it. Great little flashlight!!!
