The flashlight is super bright. The battery life is great and recharges quickly. The only issue i have with the light is the switch on the back. It will come on with very little or no pressure in a bag or pocket.

Brightest light I have ever owned. Work as an auto mechanic and use this daily. Slightly bulky for carying all day in pocket. Will light up anything even in direct sun light. Charger can be picky about how light is mounted so it wont charge and run time is limited for high use. Best as an inspection light with some work light use. Will light up the universe if your using for camping or anything at night. The most durable light I have ever owned though. Dropped countless times and works/looks good. Very strong frame and well designed. Does get warm if left on for a period of time but not hot to the touch. You will know if you leave it on and put it in your pocket though.

I have multiple Streamlight products, so I had high expectations for the Strion rechargable LED, and I am not disappointed. The flashlight is extremely bright for its size and fits perfectly in your hand. The button cap controls are intuitive and easy to operate (I cant say this for some other brands of tactical-style flashlights I own). My only complaints are minor ones: First, I was really looking forward to having the car charger, so that the flashlight could be recharged on camping trips. I was disappointed to find, however, that using the car charging cord requires the use of the charging bracket, which I intend to mount to the wall in the laundry room. I guess I was expecting that it would be a cord capable of clipping onto the light and charging it independent of the wall charger. I will look into getting a second wall bracket so I can utilize the car charger separately. My other observation is really minor, and that is about the way the bracket mounts to the wall. Given the force it takes to pull the flashlight from the bracket, I want to make sure the screws hit a stud in the wall. The bracket, however, is made such that the screws are on the horizontal axis (if you mount it so the flashlight lens is up, as they recommend) not the vertical axis, so that it would be easy to screw into a single stud. Additionally the holes are too far apart for the two screws to hit one stud. It is a minor annoyance for me, and perhaps there is a compelling reason why it is designed that way, but its one of those things that leaves me scratching my head. All that being said, however, this light and its accessories are extremely well made, and I wouldnt hesitate to buy another. Updated note: So I guess I should have done more research to know exactly what I was getting (but this was an Amazon lighting deal so I still came out OK price-wise). I now see that this flashlight is available in a different set, which includes the two charger cords and two holders. The regular price on Amazon for this option seems to be better than if you purchase the second base separately. Still very happy with my purchase, however.

This flashlight is a little beast. My friend has the larger model which made me give this a try. Both are top of the line items. Battery life estimates are quite accurate. All modes function properly even after months of use/wear and tear on my duty belt. Dropped it several times on pavement and other hard surfaces, no issues. One thing I found odd was the charger. Seems cheaply made. Just a little gray clippy thing with a small red led light. First few times I put it on the charger the led light took several minutes to turn on, as if there was a poor connection. Now, after a few months, it turns on immediately and functions as described in the directions. One thing I love about it though, is that you can charge this flashlight constantly without burning up the battery or the charger. The charger is also silent, which I find impressive given how quickly it charges and how powerful the flashlight is for its size. All in all I am 100% satisfied with this product. I would HIGHLY recommend the....Strike BTL Quick Cam Roto-Loc Articulating Tactical Holster for Basic Tactical Lights...it fits this flashlight perfectly and I have little doubt its one of the best quality holsters of any style/use.

This is a Great little rechargeable flashlight. I had one previously and lost it, so I bought two more. One to keep in my bedroom night stand and one for work. It is BRIGHT. i mean like when you turn it on it is so bright people near you will claim that they can hear it it is so bright. the only thing that could make this flashlight better would be if it was cheaper.

I work in a prison, so a small flashlight is invaluable. This is the fourth flashlight Ive bought while trying to find one I liked, and I feel that I hit pay dirt. If this one breaks, however unlikely that may be, Ill get another one in a heart beat. Pros: - Omg, bright. So much light out of such a small light. On its brightest setting, it will light up a dark area like nothing else. During a recent blackout, it seemed to outperform the headlights and spotlights on one of the patrol vehicles. - Its extremely durable. Im clumsy, and this one has taken a couple nasty bounces off the concrete. Still going. - The lowest setting is still reasonably bright, and allows several hours of use at that setting. - The charger can be used in a vehicle, which is my favorite thing about this. My commute is just over an hour, and between driving home and coming back to work the following day, I can have my light fully charged and ready to go without even taking it in the house. Cons: - Price, I guess? Its a lot to pay for a flashlight, but considering how much it gets used, and the quality of it, Id say its more than worth it. So, its a great little light. If you depend on a flashlight for work or, as in my case, your safety, this ones a good bet.
