> 24 hourHaving this vacuum is one of the few highlights of my 2020. It made vacuuming a fun activity in this never-ending quarantine life. First of all the vacuum is BEAUTIFUL. The light blue accents plus the crystal clear motor and dustbin, just beautiful. When my husband saw me first using it, he thought it was a toy that I bought. Very quiet, great suction power. Bought one for my parents house and for my one-bed apartment. Works great on the stairs and also perfect for my small apartment. Since I bought it Ive been vacuuming at least a few times a day. Watching the floor become spotless is so satisfying and relaxing. Also love the on/off switch so I dont have to keep pressing the button. Before I found out I could just flick a switch to keep it on, my hand got really sore after a few minutes. The built-in light is a plus since it makes the dust a lot easier to see. When I feel like a break from sitting, I vacuum. A few things I thought could be improved: - An alternative docking system that doesnt require nails in the wall. Didnt want to punch holes on my rented place, so I tried my best with what I had.. with the vacuum resting on the wall and the charging station taped to the wall with damage-free tape. I have to take the battery out to charge, but thats easy. - A more elegant system to empty the dust bin. Its now a bit awkward to empty the bin as you have to first detach the tube and turn the motor head side way. The shape of filter also makes emptying hard as it traps some of the dust. Would be much better if its a straight cylinder in the bin. - The wheels on the floor brush squeaks. - I wish the brush head could be laid flat, to vacuum under the bed. Now I couldnt reach very far under the bed because the brush would come up in the air.

> 24 hourI used my Mom’s Dyson V8 for several months while she was out of town, and then bought this as a cheaper alternative since many online articles recommend it as a cheaper Dyson “dupe”. Having used it daily for several weeks, I can now give a proper comparison of the Tineco vs the Dyson V8. PROS: - the trigger lock. This awesome feature lets you vaccum continuously without having to hold the trigger down the whole time, saving you the sore thumb which (I found) results from constantly having to pull the Dyson trigger - the lights in the front. I didn’t realize how useful this would be, but it is FANTASTIC as you can see under furniture and in can vaccum in dim light. It ensures you don’t miss dust and dirt and results in a better clean - lightweight like a Dyson - has all the same attachments as the Dyson V8 CONS: - reduced maneuverability. The swivel vaccum head is definitely more stiff than the Dyson, so it can be slightly annoying at times - reduced suction at lower levels. The suction feels the same as Dyson when on “Max” setting, but the lower 2 suction levels are definitely not as strong as a Dyson. Which means you pretty much have to use it on Max all the time, reducing battery life - this model does not come with a second battery, so battery life is the same or sightly shorter than Dyson. It’s never a problem for me to do my whole main floor on one battery, but if you have a large house it may be an issue - it doesn’t start immediately and takes a second to start when you pull the trigger. Again not a big issue, but different from Dyson and slightly annoying All in all I’d say “you get what you pay for”; a model half the price of a Dyson is not going to be an exact replica. But this is pretty close! And the added features of the lights and trigger lock are a welcome addition

> 24 hourI LOVE this vacuum so much. We have carpet and hard wood and it’s does so amazing on both. We have a dog and it really gets every nook and cranny when it comes to pet hair. I feel like this vacuum makes me want to vacuum 4x a week and makes the job seem so less painful and easy. My ONE problem is that because I have a dog, the hair is super dense and the tank on it fills up quick, and when it does, the hair gets stuck in the tank and doesn’t just fall out when you open the hatch. So I have to take out the filter to pull it out, which gets all the pet hair/dirt all over my hands. That’s one way I wish it was like other vacuums where you could push the dirt out from outside the tank. But other than that, the battery life lasts so long, the 3 levels of suction are amazing for those problematic areas, and it really gets into any spot possible, especially with all the attachments.

> 24 hourI am the queen of using many vacuums. I have a hard time maneuvering through my long ranch house and going from carpet to hardwood, room to room, up and down 6 cat trees and in and around 5 cat beds. If takes me an hour or more to do the whole house and I’m exhausted afterwards. I have a commercial upright vacuum that does a good job but the cord isn’t long enough and the hose attachment is so awkward to use. I have a canister vacuum that does a good job but the hose keeps coming out and it’s difficult for me TL lug around a canister. I have a handheld vacuum for quick pickups but it doesn’t hold a lot. I bought this upright cordless vacuum and I’m in love. I do the whole house on one charge. It’s lightweight and I have no cord to deal with. It has great suction on the high setting. My only issue with it is I have to clean it after every use. The attachments work great but sometimes I like to use without an attachment to get along the walls. I have a cat who chews on cardboard boxes and sometime the pieces of cardboard don’t fit up the attachment. Well this vacuum doesn’t suck very well without an attachment which is odd. I can’t figure out why. I think because it has a notch for an attachment at the end of the tube that I can’t get close to the wall. I’m able to use the thin attachment most of the time for the walls but occasionally I have to pick up a piece here and there. Overall I think this vacuum is great.

> 24 hourI was so tired of dragging around my old vacuum with an extra long cord that caught on every piece of furniture I got close to! I took a long time to decide on a cordless vacuum. It had to have powerful suction, a long-lasting battery and be light enough for me to carry easily. And it couldnt break the bank. And it had to deal with the debris left by 5 cats! I found the Tineco A11 Hero after hours of reading reviews. I am so pleased! I wish I had purchased it sooner. It met all of my requirements: 1. It has 3 levels of suction. So when Im just vacuuming up cat litter, cat fur, and pieces of cat scratch pads, I use level 1. Its fine for that. 2. When I want more suction for cat food, I use level 2 or if Im vacuuming cat fur, etc. off a rug. 3. I rarely use level 3. 4. Ive only run the battery out once. Keep in mind, I dont do my whole house in one day, but I use the vac as I need it for spot cleaning. I can do the family room, dining room, kitchen, cat room (yes, I have one) and not run down the battery. For the master bedroom and bath, never a problem. For the guest bedroom and bath, no problem. For the library/sitting room and office (my house sounds big - it isnt - about 1800 sq ft). no problem. 5. Its light and easy to handle. True, I have to push it over the debris to get it to pick it up (it wont pick up in reverse), but Ive gotten used to going forward when I use it. The swivel feature is the bomb! I can get under almost any furniture or around any chair leg. Although my cats still run from it, it doesnt make anywhere near as much noise as the other vacs I have. The only drawback is the waste container. I wish it were larger. I collect so much cat fur that it fills up quickly and then I have to empty it - again and again and again. For the price, it cant be beat. The quality is excellent (I had never heard of Tineco).

> 24 hourIf I wrote this 1 year ago it would give 5 stars, but I still have stars in my eyes for it, it’s light weight, good for my weak wrists. It picks up pet hair and I have a lot of it. Quick and fast clean-up for that unexpected guest. Great for a bedroom, bathroom, smaller room, or about 20 minutes of vacuuming anywhere in the house. It will not vacuum a 2,000 sq foot house in one charge, so don’t buy it for that, plug in a cord for that. I don’t use it on carpet, but I do use it for kitty litter tracks, and while it will pick it up I have to go over slow or a few times. It comes apart for easy cleaning, the latches are a little hard to open, but I think you want that so it will keep good suction. Oh, one thing to be aware of, it does not stand up on its own, so trying to make a quick getaway will likely end it up on the floor or back in its base. Overall it’s a great product, and I’m glad I bought it.

> 24 hourBought this to keep downstairs so we dont have to lug our big vacuum back and forth. Its FANTASTIC! Its reasonably light, with pretty good suction for its size, and dumping the dirt chamber is pretty easy (putting it back together was tricky at first, but no problem once I figured out the best way to do it). The attachments are super easy to take on and off. Weve actually used it for multiple things, including vacuuming out our car, sweeping hardwood floors, and cleaning out corners where the baseboard meets the carpet (not the absolute best results for this last application, but reasonably adequate). Though its cheaper than some, its still a little pricey; however overall a good value.

> 24 hourI got this as my first cordless stick vacuum and have been very impressed! I’ve had it for 2 months and have had no issues! I use it on the lowest setting (there are 3 settings) and it does the job super well for me! I can still see the vacuum lines in the carpet even on the lowest setting! I’ve vacuumed my couch and mattress and am amazed at the amount of stuff that comes out of it! I never realized how much my dogs shed (even though they are hypoallergenic) or how much dirt they bring in from a quick potty break outside. I feel like this vacuum helps get things tidy in a hurry! I love all of the attachments! I can now vacuum my baseboards without bending down and wiping them with a rag. It’s great! I really couldn’t get over the powerfulness of this vacuum. When I first received it, it felt cheap and too lightweight to really be super effective but I was wrong! The only thing I don’t love is that if you’re using it for a long time (20 mins or more) it does get a little uncomfortable, for me anyway. My hand starts to cramp up but it could be because my hands are small though! However I do LOVE that it has a lever where you can hold the trigger in place and don’t have to hold the trigger the entire time you’re vacuuming. Overall this is a great vacuum for my needs so far and I highly recommend! If you can, wait until it goes on sale! I got mine for $190 where as it’s $250 right now! Look for a deal! Hope this helps!

> 24 hourI love my wife. I hated to see her with that crappy little vacuum that she uses. You know, the one that looks like someone rammed a stick through a Dustbuster? It didnt pick up very much, made a lot of noise and didnt seem that robust. Weve already been through a few of them. Ive also had to add a couple of electrical outlets to our home in order for her to use that joke vacuum, and she was already making noise about needing another one somewhere. So.... I did some research, and bought this as a Tyson alternative. It was delivered promptly, dangerously close to my wifes birthday (I know what youre thinking, and no way, just no way was that going to be a birthday present.) I put it together and gave it to Wifey, who seemed pleased at the suction power, the fact that she could vary it (But why? she asked), the lack of a cord and that the light on the power head that showed it didnt miss much dirt (mostly Yorkie bits, carried in from outside in her floor-length coat). About fifteen minutes later, the battery had died. At that point, we determined that the battery would last much longer if we reserved the max suction setting for those few areas in the house where we have rugs. The low setting worked just fine on the tile floors throughout our home. Armed with this information, the next time was a bit more successful, but there was still not battery power to get all the floors in the house done. The wall-hanger for this vacuum is great. There is a spot on top to charge a second battery. Armed with this information, we bought one. Now, between the moderation of suction power and the second battery, our floors get cleaned without any problems. The vacuum is easy to empty. Theres a filter that will need cleaning inside the dust bin. Its easy to remove, and Tineco provides an attachment that sucks the dirt from the filter. The manufacturer gives you two filters, so you can one in the vac while youre using the vac to clean the other filter. If you go to the website, theyll give you yet another filter just for registering your purchase.
