> 3 dayWe have had this vacuumed for over two years. Wanted something for a quick vacuum. These will not replace the cleaning power of a corded vacuum under the best conditions. For the first 6 months it got used a lot. Washing the main filter does not clean it well enough to return the suction power so we would turn it on hi which would reduce battery life. Frustrated it wound up hanging on the wall for close to a year. Replacement filters get expensive and they will need to be replaced often. Even blowing out with air hose will not clean them. I cut one open and the layers are so tight I understood why. The vacuum build is great and it has held up. I wound up cutting off the cloth of two of the filters and replacing them with foam that I can take off and wash. It is now getting used once again.

> 3 daybut now I love it!!! When I received my Tineco A11 Hero vacuum, it was so lightweight I wasnt sure it was going to do the job. I live with three large dogs, and we are always going on adventures to the woods, lakes, and streams, and consequently, our cabin becomes the house of hair and dirt. Over the years we have acquired and used numerous vacuums of all types, but I have always preferred the lighter-weight ones for cleaning. Our cabin is just under 1100 square feet and includes a set of 13 stairs where we come in from the outside, so every time I clean I have to clean those stairs and my corded vacuum does not completely reach the whole way. The floors are laminate, with many different sizes and thickness of rugs throughout. This Tineco Hero takes care of the whole cabin with power to spare! I use the lowest setting for the laminate floors, and only occasionally need to up the power for the thickest rugs. My favorite things about this vacuum are the lightweight( it doesnt scare the dogs while Im cleaning), the LED headlights (I can really see all the dirt and hair), and the battery life (I can vacuum the whole cabin and still have power to burn). Of course, since it is a cordless stick-type vacuum I can go anywhere with it and get under all the beds and the couch easily. Because it is so lightweight and easy to use (and quiet), I tend to vacuum nearly every day when Im at the cabin, which cuts down on the need for those all-day cleaning sessions. I havent owned this vacuum long enough to see how it is going to hold up in the long run, but for now I love it and highly recommend it. Tineco has its own website and communicates frequently through email, so I feel like if I need it, product support will be there.

> 3 dayThe vacuum is easy to use . Not heavy or too loud. I love the fact that it lights up on the floor with an LED light and you can see the dirt the dust you may have missed. I would love for them to have each attachment have a light, because sometimes you have to get into those tight corners behind furniture a light would help!

Greater than one weekAs an engineer I prefer German and American designs and products. This is the first time I have purchased a Chinese product that I would highly recommend. After researching a vacuum that would meet my needs, I came across the Tineco brand which has earned recommendations from Consumer Reports and Consumer Electronics Show (CES) for one of the best in class products. I have used this product for over a month now and can see that it lives up to its reputation. This is not some cheap Dyson knock-off (Ive owned 3 so far). In fact it has a small feature with big results - led lights on the vacuum head. These leds highlight my German Shepherds loose hair on dark hard flooring easily. Something that I miss easily with my corded Dyson. The Tineco has 3 vacuum power settings with the lowest setting as default. I have only used the highest setting for larger objects (pea gravel my dog tracks in) and on my area rugs. In this setting, it rivals my corded Dyson in cleaning. The variable vacuum power settings extend the battery life and the charger provides quick charging (with visual indicators for charging status). The Tineco comes with several attachments with some of them powered. The powered attachments are surprisingly articulated and maneuver well around and under objects. This dirt collection bin pops open easily for cleaning and the filter has a good chromed surface that sheds dirt with no problem. Filter pops out with a quick twist of the wrist to assist with dirt disposal- especially useful for the aforementioned long dog hair. As it is extremely light weight, I can use it on stairs easily or for cleaning cobwebs from my vaulted ceiling using one hand. I find myself only using the Dyson once a week when cleaning the entire house as it has a larger dirt collection bin. I would highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayWe bought this vacuum back in October of 2020. So we’ve had it for a bit having bought it to replace the ever heavy and clunky Oreck vacuum from the 70’s. So, I’ll just get right to it. Pros: - Relatively easy to maintain and clean - Obviously after a 1.5 year of use, it’s durable and holds up. - Very lightweight and easy to maneuver - Love the versatility of use and attachements - Storage is also great, though charging needs an outlet…so this could go either way. Cons: -Cleaning the product, if maintained as often as suggested, is easy but can still be tedious and time consuming. There are So many little parts, I still use the manual just to make I take everything apart and put it back together correctly and to ensure I’m cleaning properly. Some parts can be cleaned with water others cannot and everything must be completely dry before reassembly. So, time consuming. - The suction is bizarre! We have both hardwood and carpet. Some carpets it’s phenomenal, others it won’t pick up a thing. When it comes to either wood or carpet, it has the power to suck up a sock for example, or other big things like my childrens puffs snacks…but, the minute you shut the vacuum off, it all comes spilling out! And this is regardless of which attachment is being used!! My husband recently used the handheld carpet attachment to clean small bits of broken glass, and when I used it next half it came spilling out all over the floor. I have 2 toddlers so this kind of thing is unacceptable. It’s such an oxymoron of product. It has its useful points but then those get cancelled out by the cons. The fact that it can suck up big chucks of debris despite how tiny, flat and lightweight it is, is super impressive only to be lost to the fact it doesn’t contain what it picks up. This vacuum is best used for general in-between vacuuming and lightweight maintenance, but I would not recommend for kids, pets or spontaneous messes. I wanted so much to like this product because my old 70’s vacuum is Heavy, and it’s outdated, it smells…but I find i still use it more than Tineco because it at least gets the job done. VERY disappointed in this vacuum but now we’re stuck with it.

> 3 dayI love my wife. I hated to see her with that crappy little vacuum that she uses. You know, the one that looks like someone rammed a stick through a Dustbuster? It didnt pick up very much, made a lot of noise and didnt seem that robust. Weve already been through a few of them. Ive also had to add a couple of electrical outlets to our home in order for her to use that joke vacuum, and she was already making noise about needing another one somewhere. So.... I did some research, and bought this as a Tyson alternative. It was delivered promptly, dangerously close to my wifes birthday (I know what youre thinking, and no way, just no way was that going to be a birthday present.) I put it together and gave it to Wifey, who seemed pleased at the suction power, the fact that she could vary it (But why? she asked), the lack of a cord and that the light on the power head that showed it didnt miss much dirt (mostly Yorkie bits, carried in from outside in her floor-length coat). About fifteen minutes later, the battery had died. At that point, we determined that the battery would last much longer if we reserved the max suction setting for those few areas in the house where we have rugs. The low setting worked just fine on the tile floors throughout our home. Armed with this information, the next time was a bit more successful, but there was still not battery power to get all the floors in the house done. The wall-hanger for this vacuum is great. There is a spot on top to charge a second battery. Armed with this information, we bought one. Now, between the moderation of suction power and the second battery, our floors get cleaned without any problems. The vacuum is easy to empty. Theres a filter that will need cleaning inside the dust bin. Its easy to remove, and Tineco provides an attachment that sucks the dirt from the filter. The manufacturer gives you two filters, so you can one in the vac while youre using the vac to clean the other filter. If you go to the website, theyll give you yet another filter just for registering your purchase.

Greater than one weekI have used this in my home a few times now, and I am on the fence as to how much I like it. I bought it to replace an old Dyson stick vac that broke. I like that this one has two batteries so I can get more done without having to wait for a recharge. I also love the hold button to keep the vacuum working while not having to hold the trigger button the whole time. I do find that it seems a little awkward to get it to turn on, and without using the hold button, it is difficult for me to keep the vacuum running consistently. The vacuum was easy to set up and fit right where my old Dyson was set up in my laundry room. I only have to store the power brush on the floor, the rest fits in the wall mount. It is definitely quieter than my old Dyson, but part of me wonders if that is because it isnt as powerful. Using it without the Max setting seems useless. I have three dogs and two cats, so I am constantly vacuuming up pet hair, as well as stuff from kids. This vac seems to stop at the slightest clog. My Dyson would keep sucking and I could pull off the paper or whatever was blocking the wand. This one just stops. I am also finding it difficult to actually empty the whole cup. With so much pet hair being sucked up, some of it gets stuck in the upper part of the cup and wont fall out when I open the bottom to dump it. I dump it often to prevent overfilling it. I havent figured out if there is a way to open the top to pull out the hair. It isnt easy trying to get it out from the bottom. My fingers dont fit, so I have to try to find something to stick up in the cup to get all the hair out. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I am quite disappointed and wish I would have just spent a little more on a new Dyson.

> 3 dayI LOVE this vacuum so much. We have carpet and hard wood and it’s does so amazing on both. We have a dog and it really gets every nook and cranny when it comes to pet hair. I feel like this vacuum makes me want to vacuum 4x a week and makes the job seem so less painful and easy. My ONE problem is that because I have a dog, the hair is super dense and the tank on it fills up quick, and when it does, the hair gets stuck in the tank and doesn’t just fall out when you open the hatch. So I have to take out the filter to pull it out, which gets all the pet hair/dirt all over my hands. That’s one way I wish it was like other vacuums where you could push the dirt out from outside the tank. But other than that, the battery life lasts so long, the 3 levels of suction are amazing for those problematic areas, and it really gets into any spot possible, especially with all the attachments.

> 3 dayI got this vacume for the raving reviews but I just don’t see it. Suction is only good on the third level but then the battery dies before you can finish one room. Doesn’t pull from the sides and won’t pick up dirt without flinging it out the back. Smallest dust bin EVER so be prepared to empty it 40 times if you have pets. Not good for long dog hair, hair gets tangled around brush roll. Charging takes forever , not good on carpet. Leaves a lot to be desired. Ok for quick cleans, nice that it’s cordless. Should have returned.
