> 24 hourNot for someone that vacuums everyday or multiple times a week. This is my second one of these vacuums in a 3 year time frame. I really thought I loved it…. The first one, I had issues with the connecting areas of the piece wearing out, and the vacuum would randomly lose its suction power. thought it may have been me and the way handled it using it everyday. The second one I was very careful with my use and cleaned/replaced filters when needed and regularly cleaned it as well. Now a part of the bottom of the vacuum (felt type piece that slightly lifts vacuum up to be able to suction the larger area) has been worn down and make it useless for tile/hard wood/vinyl floors (It’s fine on carpets). It doesn’t pick up anything bigger than dust, it just pushes it along until I physically lift up the vacuum and put it on top of it. It makes a scratching sound on the floor (and shows scratches on the plastic of the vacuum) I do not want to take a closer look at my floors. I no longer can use this 2nd vacuum.

> 24 hourI LOVE this vacuum so much. We have carpet and hard wood and it’s does so amazing on both. We have a dog and it really gets every nook and cranny when it comes to pet hair. I feel like this vacuum makes me want to vacuum 4x a week and makes the job seem so less painful and easy. My ONE problem is that because I have a dog, the hair is super dense and the tank on it fills up quick, and when it does, the hair gets stuck in the tank and doesn’t just fall out when you open the hatch. So I have to take out the filter to pull it out, which gets all the pet hair/dirt all over my hands. That’s one way I wish it was like other vacuums where you could push the dirt out from outside the tank. But other than that, the battery life lasts so long, the 3 levels of suction are amazing for those problematic areas, and it really gets into any spot possible, especially with all the attachments.

> 24 hourAfter tons of research, reviews, videos, etc; I finally pulled the trigger and bought this. First impressions, really well built and much quieter than expected. The suction is incredible compared to my older canister vacuum, but then again its 20 years old, heavy and awkward. Im kinda a neatness freak so the only thing that bothered me was the cord for the power was kinked and stiff and looked out of place with the streamlined look of the rest of the system. My local big box store sells 6’ pieces of cord management tubing to hide cords in - perfect solution. My vacuum is in a high traffic area in the house so how it looks is important to me. I used it once so far and went over the same area I just vacuumed with my old one and was pretty surprised with how much more dirt it picked up. Might just retire my old one for good. My wife who is not as mechanical as I am found it quite easy to use and maintain so the designers hit the nail on the head with this one. Like others have said, the lights on the main power brush are a game changer and really help to see what youre doing. If this holds up over time Ill know my research paid off. For now...Im totally impressed.

> 24 hourI have used this in my home a few times now, and I am on the fence as to how much I like it. I bought it to replace an old Dyson stick vac that broke. I like that this one has two batteries so I can get more done without having to wait for a recharge. I also love the hold button to keep the vacuum working while not having to hold the trigger button the whole time. I do find that it seems a little awkward to get it to turn on, and without using the hold button, it is difficult for me to keep the vacuum running consistently. The vacuum was easy to set up and fit right where my old Dyson was set up in my laundry room. I only have to store the power brush on the floor, the rest fits in the wall mount. It is definitely quieter than my old Dyson, but part of me wonders if that is because it isnt as powerful. Using it without the Max setting seems useless. I have three dogs and two cats, so I am constantly vacuuming up pet hair, as well as stuff from kids. This vac seems to stop at the slightest clog. My Dyson would keep sucking and I could pull off the paper or whatever was blocking the wand. This one just stops. I am also finding it difficult to actually empty the whole cup. With so much pet hair being sucked up, some of it gets stuck in the upper part of the cup and wont fall out when I open the bottom to dump it. I dump it often to prevent overfilling it. I havent figured out if there is a way to open the top to pull out the hair. It isnt easy trying to get it out from the bottom. My fingers dont fit, so I have to try to find something to stick up in the cup to get all the hair out. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I am quite disappointed and wish I would have just spent a little more on a new Dyson.

> 24 hourThe vacuum is easy to use . Not heavy or too loud. I love the fact that it lights up on the floor with an LED light and you can see the dirt the dust you may have missed. I would love for them to have each attachment have a light, because sometimes you have to get into those tight corners behind furniture a light would help!

> 24 hourI was super skeptical of these cordless vacuums at first and waited so long to buy. I WISH I HADNT! I LOVEEEE THIS THING!!! We have a traditional pet hair Shark vacuum that is pretty good, but its such a pain to daily vacuum plug in, move plug, reel up, put back in back of closet, etc. that I dont use it as much as I should. I was worried about suction power of pet hair and such with these smaller vacuums...this thing is awesome. It actually sucks up our aerial rug in the living room on the highest power...our regular vacuum doesnt even do that. 1) its so light it feels almost like a toy, but its very well made and very sturdy. the design allows ease of vacuuming under things, extending, etc. I even used it to clean our ceiling fans the other day and it worked so well!!! Its SO LIGHT!! 2) the design is GREAT. The attachments are very simple to remove and replace and even have a place to snap in on the base which is excellent considering these often get lost if kept elsewhere. I have a relatively small laundry room...the thing is so low profile that it easily mounted in and plugged In with my washing machine and doesnt interfere with anything space wise. 3) very easy to empty canister. Even though its small (we have a LOT of pet hair), its so simple to empty that its not a hassle emptying more times than a traditional vac. 4) so, so amazing to just grab and clean up daily accumulated crumbs and hair and hang back on the base....I never imagined this could be so easy and quick. 5) As I was using for the first time I vacuumed probably 1/2 of the house on the lowest power (before I realized there were 3 power levels) and was super impressed...picked up all the crumbs and SUPER cleaned the rug, which I realized was actually gross with hair and such that our regular vac wasnt picking up?? Then I witness power level 3.....geez. Talk about insane suction. We dont have any high pile carpet, but I would imagine level 3 would do great for that. 6) I REALLY wish I would have purchased sooner. I was telling my mom about it last night and thought, Ill just bring it to her so that she can try it out....its lighter than my handbag (lol) and fit in the front seat of my car and I just carried it in with the pup and let her try it. She has a powerhouse Dyson but was super impressed and is ordering one today because of ease of use!!

> 24 hourThis was my first cordless stick vacuum and I did my research. I was changing from a new Dyson Ball to a stick because I have a lot of stairs and the Dyson was like a heavy ball and chain with a short cord. When the Hero box came, it was a nice presentation. The roller is a standard size, which is nice and it also has a small roller for furniture, etc. It is lighter than I thought it would be which makes taking it up and down stairs a delight and for getting in all the nooks and crannies. It goes under furniture better than the Dyson. I did a comparison to the Dyson which has reputed superior suction and the Hero was only very slightly less powerful. However, this stick seems to collect more dust and smaller particles than the Dyson. So, the Hero is light, priced better than many others, very easy to use, no cord, deceivingly quiet and works extremely well on the carpets, tile floors and furniture in my house. The battery life has not been an issue and I have not run out of juice yet. I have a dog so fur is my greatest nemesis, but this Hero sucks it all up. I even used it to clean my car floors with the wand attachment. And it hangs easily on its charger. I am very very happy I got this vacuum and will be getting another for my other place. Id say its fantastic for the price, but even if it were more expensive Id say the same thing.

> 24 hourBought this to keep downstairs so we dont have to lug our big vacuum back and forth. Its FANTASTIC! Its reasonably light, with pretty good suction for its size, and dumping the dirt chamber is pretty easy (putting it back together was tricky at first, but no problem once I figured out the best way to do it). The attachments are super easy to take on and off. Weve actually used it for multiple things, including vacuuming out our car, sweeping hardwood floors, and cleaning out corners where the baseboard meets the carpet (not the absolute best results for this last application, but reasonably adequate). Though its cheaper than some, its still a little pricey; however overall a good value.

> 24 hourThis vacuum has performed so well. We have a saint Bernard and two cats (so, LOTS of hair) plus three kids. Needless to say our vacuums get a work out. This vacuum has fulfilled all my needs - good charge (I can vacuum the whole main floor of the house on one charge), picks up hair great (be sure to use the soft roller for hard floors, and the brush roller for carpets), and isnt super loud. I definitely suggest this for those looking for Dyson style but at half the price (and a trigger you dont have to hold the whole time). I watched a ton of videos on YouTube and this vacuum performed super well in all areas compared to similar stick vacs.

> 24 hourI have a Dyson handheld vacuum that runs out of battery power before I complete my downstairs. I love my Dyson it is very powerful, I use it daily. There are some special additions that Tineco has that I enjoy. Pros: -Headlight, I can see all the dust and dog hair that I need to vacuum. -Lays a little flatter than the Dyson. I can get under my entire sofa, bed and bookshelf. -2 batteries, I can vacuum my entire house without running out of charge. -Able to clean all the filters easily. They twist and pull right out so that you can really dump everything out. You can do this every time you vacuum if you like. -Quiet -Perfect for wood and tile. It also does a decent job on small rugs. -Attachments fit nicely on the battery charger that can be mounted on the wall. -Comes with more attachments than Dyson Cons -Tineco’s quiet make me think it isn’t as powerful as the Dyson. It doesn’t suck as much out of my carpet as the Dyson does -Doesn’t fluff the carpet like Dyson I think this is the perfect vacuum for hard surfaces. You can easily pick up dog/human hair, dust, retainer rubber bands, etc. The light is one of my favorite features that really helps get my house clean. I can see any little spot I missed and know it is hair and dust free with one pass. If you have carpet I would get a Dyson instead. You may have to wait for it to charge again to complete your home, and there is no light but it will do a great job.
