Greater than one weekI don’t usually write reviews but after owning this vacuum for about 3 months, I couldn’t get it to run. I really loved how easy and efficiently it cleaned, so I called customer service to see if they could help me. After a brief phone call, the technician was able to isolate the issue and offered to send me a replacement part, free of charge. I am impressed not only with the vacuum itself, but with the customer service and responsiveness of Tineco.

Greater than one weekI have 2 of these vacuums and have purchased 2 more for my sisters. Love love love them. Great suction and the convenience is unbeatable. Just when I thought everything was terrific with this vacuum, the motor died. Well folks, I was 1 month under my 2 year warranty (who gives you a 2 year warranty these days?). I called customer support and (wait for it...) after a THIRTEEN minute phone call (including about 1-2 minutes on hold waiting for customer service) they are sending out a replacement body (that houses the motor). I am blown away by the customer service. Most places you cant even talk to someone under 13 minutes. And this was the day before thanksgiving at 4PM. Seriously, I am at a loss for superlatives. Still shaking my head in disbelief!

16-04-2025I’ve now had the Hero since July. I use mostly on hardwood floors but do have carpets in the bedrooms and area rugs throughout. I love the light that comes on automatically when the vacuum is in use. It comes with three speeds so you change with the touch of a button on the go. If you have a larger room or want to do multiple rooms at once without stopping, there is also a clip that will hold it in the on position until you return the clip to its original position. One thing that made me up front buy over the other vacuum options available were the accessories included. I love the wall hanger! Keeps the vacuum charged and nicely displayed and easy to remove quickly to pick up something you noticed on the fly. You can choose how to use. Whether on the floor, the furniture, the curtains, there are many possibilities for the Hero really throughout the entire home. It is important to clean the filters regularly as the user manual recommends. It also tells you how to do it. I did not do so and I experienced some loss of suction. After quickly realizing my issue, I put in the extra filter while washing and drying the other out completely. This did help bring that suction back so keep up on maintaining the cleanliness of the filters. During this time I did reach out to customer service and WOW! I have purchased thousands of items over the years and also have been in customer service in the past. I can tell you, Tineco goes above and beyond to ensure their customers know 1) you as a customer are valued and heard. 2) Tineco is there to assist you with anything from video directions because you’re more visual to answering questions that maybe aren’t asked by others. If you appreciate great value, great customer service and included accessories to clean your whole house and even your car, buy this vacuum. You won’t regret it!

> 3 dayBought this to keep downstairs so we dont have to lug our big vacuum back and forth. Its FANTASTIC! Its reasonably light, with pretty good suction for its size, and dumping the dirt chamber is pretty easy (putting it back together was tricky at first, but no problem once I figured out the best way to do it). The attachments are super easy to take on and off. Weve actually used it for multiple things, including vacuuming out our car, sweeping hardwood floors, and cleaning out corners where the baseboard meets the carpet (not the absolute best results for this last application, but reasonably adequate). Though its cheaper than some, its still a little pricey; however overall a good value.

Greater than one weekI bought this to replace an older Dyson. It’s extremely light. When I’m vacuuming I feel I don’t get floors as clean because when pulling back the floor attachment lifts up some. That is my main con on it. Coming with all the attachments are nice and it hangs neatly on wall. I do have cats and it will not pick up the litter if it’s on a hard floor close to a rug. Where my Dyson would. Again I feel this is because it’s so light it doesn’t make good contact with floor. For the price I did decide to keep it.

> 3 dayWhen I first got this I thought of it as a glorified dust buster, but Ive come to like it more than I originally thought. The Tineco is very thoughtfully designed. The construction seems very robust and parts fit together with spring latches. Its relatively light weight and Ive had no problem with battery life. It replaces a heavy Panasonic cannister which never actually broke, though replaceable filters are no longer available, but Im getting older and lifting the old vacuum and dragging it around my apartment got to be a bit of a drag.. One of the features that I think is great are the LED on the roller-brush head. They light up dust that my old Panasonic canisters LEDs never noticed. The user manuals are helpful, since not all of the features of the device are intuitive. I suggest looking at YouTube for some live instruction. Opportunities for improvement: 1. The primary filter needs to be washed after every use. Tneco provides an elaborate attachment that allow me to use the vacuum to suck the dust out of the primary filer, but its more trouble than its worth. 2. The battery/attachment caddy. which doesnt hold all of the attachments that come with the machine and will be a pain to attach to a wall. For now, I have it leaning against a corner of my bedroom wall. The old attachment caddy looks like it might have been more useful. 3. The roller brush doesnt pick up larger objects like bits of paper or plastic.

> 3 dayI also have the A10 version. The secret is the hard surface brush head. Absolutely a game changer. No more finding debris squirting out behind you as happens with the carpet head. Good power, good battery life, great value. Note, I am not a professional cleaning person using this hours and hours everyday. I do use these in my home on my floors everyday. Highly Recommend.

> 3 dayI waited to write this review for 3 months after purchasing the Tineco A11 Hero+ vacuum. I live in a 1,200 sq. ft townhouse and this vacuum is very convenient to use as a daily cleaning tool. I would still recommend using a more powerful vacuum (like an upright/corded) every 2-3 weeks to get an even deeper clean. Pros: 1) Batteries/Cordless - Comes with 2 - 2000 mah lithium batteries. We can usually clean the entire house using just one of the 2 batteries, but it is certainly a benefit since you can cycle which you use to help extend the life of this product. I also feel like having no cords to hinder you make it very versatile, especially if you need to clean your vehicle. 2) Included filter cleaning tool -- This makes it super easy to clean all of the dust collected in the pre-filter and helps to maintain suction every time you use your Tineco! 3) The wall mount is extremely convenient to use and can hold the accessories and charge both batteries at the same time. 4) Led Lights -- I never knew how much dust/grime I was missing in dimly lit areas of my house, but this makes it easy to see areas that still need to be cleaned. Its also convenient if you like cleaning in the dark! 5) Max Mode -- This option provides a huge increase to suction power and is great when trying to clean deeply soiled carpets. Of course, this will consume your battery a lot faster than normal mode, so that is the trade-off. Cons: 1) The main power brush this model comes with is good overall, but still struggles a bit picking up pet food and litter from our hard floors. It would be nice if both the soft brush and the power brush were included with this model. 2) Long hair still wraps around the power brush on this vacuum. On the plus side, it is easy to remove and doesnt appear to impact performance. This is the first cordless vacuum that I have ever purchased and pulled the trigger based upon a recommendation from a coworker. I am very glad I purchased it and have good piece of mind knowing that my registration will further extend the product warranty for 2 years. Im sure if we have any issues, they will easily take care of us.

Greater than one weekI have had trouble with this $200. plastic piece of overseas junk from the get go. I bought it on a big sale but the final tab, of coarse was $200. with all the taxes and fees [ You can usually tell if its foreign by the way they write in English. I have no problem with overseas items, if the are well made.] Firstly, the instructions are not specific. Im guessing that they were written by someone with English as a second language. It took me time to figure them out. Now that it is up and running the main sweeper brush will pick stuff up, like pieces of tortilla chips but will spit them out shortly unless, as I discovered, you turn it upside down and burp the garbage into the collection bin. The plastic is extremely breakable. If you own one I would suggest taking it off the charger when charged. Leaving it on wears out cheaply made batteries and you will need to buy TINECOS overpriced replacement. The more expensive models come with two batteries. I wonder why? I was replacing a DUSTBUSTER which, after over 15 years, died, may it rest in peace, which had suction like a chow hound,. I may end up getting one again. I have a , god knows how old, upright standard size, corded with a bag, Eureka, which puts them all to shame even with a wounded plastic bumper. The TINECO is a high maintenance item. EDIT 12/19/21 I suppose that I expected it to work like my EUREKA workhorse bagged vacuum. This TINECO takes a bit more maintenance. You need to empty the dustbin when about 1/4 full although the instructions say to do it every time that it is used. You also need to take off the brush head, open the compartment up gently ( I could not get it off the first time and in my frustration I tried to yank it off causing the little lock on the latch to break off. Now I just use a piece of packing tape to keep it on.) Take out the roller and using that white tool, which I misplaced, clean all the hair or rug fibers and dirt off. I have used different implements but my fingers work best. This vacuum cleaner works very well when clean. It picks up large and small pieces of the tortilla chips I always have when I eat dinner in front of my TV in the bedroom which is what I got it for. It functions well on hard floor and all around my home. Its light and I love the headlight. My only complaint is the short time that it will work after a full charge. People who need replacement batteries frequently might take some advice from me. When charging I try to remove it as soon as the lights stop blinking. I also take the cord out of the electric socket on the wall. Im not certain but I think the last step will help with battery longevity. Rereading my old review, I found that I repeated myself in this new edit. Sorry folks!

> 3 dayUse for quick cleaning when I dont want to drag out corded vac.Like the adjustable suction for lighter fabrics and rugs. Bought this to use on stairs .Is ok for that but not as well as I had hopedbut the carpet is that old 70s sculpted nylon carpet thats pretty worn .Is easier than using corded upright.. Wish it had a extendable wand to help us shortys reach high spots.would be handy to have another holder on rack to store the filter cleaning tool
