> 3 dayI got this vacume for the raving reviews but I just don’t see it. Suction is only good on the third level but then the battery dies before you can finish one room. Doesn’t pull from the sides and won’t pick up dirt without flinging it out the back. Smallest dust bin EVER so be prepared to empty it 40 times if you have pets. Not good for long dog hair, hair gets tangled around brush roll. Charging takes forever , not good on carpet. Leaves a lot to be desired. Ok for quick cleans, nice that it’s cordless. Should have returned.

Greater than one weekVery impressed with this little guy. Enough battery to do my entire home (mostly hardwood) on level-2 power, with enough left to do 3 carpeted rooms on level-3 power. It gets a lot of pet hair out of carpet, far more than I expected it to - Ive tried several other ($100-range) battery vacs, and all of them have been weak garbage. Dyson rides on their name-brand, but I have zero qualms about purchasing this instead. Battery life has exceeded my expectations - I considered buying the 2-battery-pack version, but Im glad I didnt, as Ive never managed to go through an entire battery before finishing the house. I wouldnt necessarily use it as my only/primary vacuum - I keep a better brand plug-in model for heavier-duty cleaning. But for a quick run-through daily cleanup, this does a very respectable job on every surface. It even has decent suction on the extreme front and sides of the head, so getting up close to a wall doesnt leave a thin line of dust there; itll grab everything. The only surfaces it has trouble on are thick-pile/outdoor type carpet (like doormats with raised ridges), as it doesnt have *quite* enough suction to pull things out of the indents in those - it does rely somewhat on the roller/beater bar to grab things, and if the dirt is below the roller, its somewhat less effective. Again though, its still leagues beyond any $100-range portable vac, and Id absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants a Dyson but doesnt want to spend Dyson prices.

> 3 dayWorks best for quick spot cleaning and hardwood floors but can also work as a whole house vac if you have enough batteries or break your house up into sections and do one section a day.

> 3 dayI bought this to replace an older Dyson. It’s extremely light. When I’m vacuuming I feel I don’t get floors as clean because when pulling back the floor attachment lifts up some. That is my main con on it. Coming with all the attachments are nice and it hangs neatly on wall. I do have cats and it will not pick up the litter if it’s on a hard floor close to a rug. Where my Dyson would. Again I feel this is because it’s so light it doesn’t make good contact with floor. For the price I did decide to keep it.

> 3 dayWe were very excited to use the A11 Hero (having spent considerable time researching our vacuum options). We were looking for a reliable, well-performing stick vacuum with long battery life. We used the A11 daily for two weeks and ultimately decided that a few minor problems really hamper the experience: - switching the suction level: the vacuum offers three levels of suction (low/medium/high). So far, so good. But it ALWAYS starts on Low; even if you use Med/High, it reverts to Low as soon as you release the trigger. And with stick vacuums, we do a lot of pausing and starting again, which makes it really annoying to have to continually select the non-Low suction level we want - emptying the canister: compared to our prior stick vacuum (Dyson V7 Motorhead Cordless Stick), the A11 Hero takes more effort to empty the canister and then remove all of the debris that does not fall out when you first open it. That means more timing sticking fingers inside to pull out hair etc. They do provide a handy tool to extract the debris, which would be great if the tool could be attached to the vacuum. Instead, we have to store it in a drawer or elsewhere, where it will eventually get lost. - timing: there is slight delay between when you pull the trigger and when the vacuum actually starts. It is a slight delay -- Ill say 3/4 of a second -- but noticeable enough that it eventually becomes annoying, especially when it should be instantaneous. - leftovers: after vacuuming for several minutes, then stopping and lifting the vacuum up, debris falls out of the head. This is frustrating because it defeats the purpose of the vacuum. Ive tried making sure all pathways and the head are clear, yet it keeps happening. For those reasons, we are returning it. But there ARE some positives: - battery life was good - the wall mount works well - overall, the vacuum looks nice - generally, the suction seems adequate for our needs, especially at the Medium and High settings - it comes with multiple accessory parts

> 3 dayThis was bought primarily for daily dog hair on hardwood and area rug. We have a Siberian Husky with white, very fine hair that sheds constantly. The vacuum did a great job removing the hair from the hardwood and the low pile rug, as well as with other floor debris. We used it set on low and medium speed to save battery. High speed really sucked the brush head down on the rug and we did not see the need for this speed to get any better pickup ability. This vacuum also replaces using daily Swiffer pads The motor head is a little heavy but using the speed lock improves comfort. Noise on low and medium is quite acceptable. The dust bin fills up quite quickly with dog hair but this did not inhibit dirt pickup - probably due to the hair allowing air to flow past (extra filter). The main floor is about 1200 sq ft and we were able to complete both hardwood and rug on one charge and one dust bin. The plastic dust bin has electrostatic cling so dust adheres to it and I found using my compressor to blow out the bin quite effective - of course not everyone will have this option - the manual says use cold water then allow to dry after each use. We have central vac but see using this easy access vacuum will reduce the need for the central vac to be used as often. We like the detachable wand to be able to do stairs with just the head unit. Lots of attachments for most jobs, but not all the accessories delivered store on the wall mount. The small upholstery brush head and pre-filter cleaner will have to be stored somewhere else. The vacuum uses consumables - where the money is. Pre-filter is suggested to be replaced every 3 months and HEPA filter every year. Extra battery is quite expensive and I could not find any aftermarket clones. Overall four star rating is just because this is new with no long term use experience. Update 12/21: I have just finished installing the wall hanger. What is really a stupid design is that there is no way to hang both power brushes together. If you hang one from the rear mount then it prevents the power head from charging. If you hang one from the power head then the connector pushes out and the charge pins dont contact the charger. It would be perfect if you could hang the power head, tube, and power brush together and still have the battery charge. Ill leave the rating at 4 stars. Update 6/2022: I still like this vacuum. Still able to do 1200 square feet hardwood with two large area rugs on one charge. Middle speed for hardwood, low speed for rugs. You still need to move somewhat speedily to avoid running out of power. Washing the brush rollers and pre-filter is easy. Update 11/05/22: The clip on the motor head that hooks into the dust bin to secure it broke. We use this vacuum every day and it appears the design is weak. The clip should be solid but it is molded into three wings - which makes it a weak link. I found that pulling the head back as you unclip it reduces the bending force on the clip. I will fill that clip with crazy glue on the new unit to reinforce it. Good news is Tineco is replacing the main head unit under warranty. Good service from them with no hassle. Update 4/8/2023: Ive been using the vacuum every day for about a year for dog hair. Another weakness has shown up. A crack developed in the dustbin hook that clips into the main motor body and holds the dustbin to the motor housing. The crack allowed movement in the connection and the dustbin would fall off during vacuuming. These plastic parts are too brittle and do not stand up to repeated stress. Tineco again has stepped up and honored the 2 year warranty and is shipping a new dustbin. The 2 year warranty is necessary to catch these poor design features. Im hoping Tineco will beef of these weak areas.

> 3 dayI am the queen of using many vacuums. I have a hard time maneuvering through my long ranch house and going from carpet to hardwood, room to room, up and down 6 cat trees and in and around 5 cat beds. If takes me an hour or more to do the whole house and I’m exhausted afterwards. I have a commercial upright vacuum that does a good job but the cord isn’t long enough and the hose attachment is so awkward to use. I have a canister vacuum that does a good job but the hose keeps coming out and it’s difficult for me TL lug around a canister. I have a handheld vacuum for quick pickups but it doesn’t hold a lot. I bought this upright cordless vacuum and I’m in love. I do the whole house on one charge. It’s lightweight and I have no cord to deal with. It has great suction on the high setting. My only issue with it is I have to clean it after every use. The attachments work great but sometimes I like to use without an attachment to get along the walls. I have a cat who chews on cardboard boxes and sometime the pieces of cardboard don’t fit up the attachment. Well this vacuum doesn’t suck very well without an attachment which is odd. I can’t figure out why. I think because it has a notch for an attachment at the end of the tube that I can’t get close to the wall. I’m able to use the thin attachment most of the time for the walls but occasionally I have to pick up a piece here and there. Overall I think this vacuum is great.

> 3 dayI got this as my first cordless stick vacuum and have been very impressed! I’ve had it for 2 months and have had no issues! I use it on the lowest setting (there are 3 settings) and it does the job super well for me! I can still see the vacuum lines in the carpet even on the lowest setting! I’ve vacuumed my couch and mattress and am amazed at the amount of stuff that comes out of it! I never realized how much my dogs shed (even though they are hypoallergenic) or how much dirt they bring in from a quick potty break outside. I feel like this vacuum helps get things tidy in a hurry! I love all of the attachments! I can now vacuum my baseboards without bending down and wiping them with a rag. It’s great! I really couldn’t get over the powerfulness of this vacuum. When I first received it, it felt cheap and too lightweight to really be super effective but I was wrong! The only thing I don’t love is that if you’re using it for a long time (20 mins or more) it does get a little uncomfortable, for me anyway. My hand starts to cramp up but it could be because my hands are small though! However I do LOVE that it has a lever where you can hold the trigger in place and don’t have to hold the trigger the entire time you’re vacuuming. Overall this is a great vacuum for my needs so far and I highly recommend! If you can, wait until it goes on sale! I got mine for $190 where as it’s $250 right now! Look for a deal! Hope this helps!

> 3 dayThe vacuum is easy to use . Not heavy or too loud. I love the fact that it lights up on the floor with an LED light and you can see the dirt the dust you may have missed. I would love for them to have each attachment have a light, because sometimes you have to get into those tight corners behind furniture a light would help!
