Tineco A11 Hero Cordless Lightweight Stick Vacuum Cleaner, 450W Motor for Ultra Powerful Suction Handheld Vac for Carpet, Hard Floor & Pet

The vacuum is very lightweight and easy to move around the whole house, stairs are super easy and no lugging around a tank and getting tangled up in the cord. Works great with dog hair & kid “stuff”. Depending on your home you may need to empty the canister after each room but it’s kind of fun to see how much you’re cleaning up! Definitely recommend, wish we hadn’t waited so long to get it!

This is a great little vacuum for smooth floors, and it also works quite well for low-pile carpets and area rugs, though you may have to step on the corner of a mat to keep it in place. Low suction power is generally sufficient for most smooth-floor vacuuming, and at that setting, the battery lasts at least as long as advertised. It also has medium and high suction settings. I kind of wish it were designed to charge without the dust bin, so it could charge while the dust bin is drying. I prefer the option of some other models in which the charger plugs directly into the motor. That said, the fact that the unit charges automatically when hung in its bracket is very convenient. This is an unbelievable bargain, considering it is also a powerful little hand vac with a rotating brush. I am beyond pleased every time I see an ad for another brand costing more than twice as much and think, My Tineco does that! Of course I havent had it long and dont know how long it will last.

GENERAL: Be sure to consider what goal you want to achieve when vacuuming different styles of rugs. Compared to my Dyson DC50 (which is corded, heavy, and bulky), the TINECO A11 can get under and around EVERYTHING. One drawback is the brush head; it doesnt dig as deep into the dense carpets I have, unlike my DC50. With a dog and two people, dander and dust and long dog hairs are most common in what Im cleaning up. Compared to the heavy Dyson, it may only be #slightly# lesser at digging into my carpets. If I was a neat freak like my mom (she has 4 vacuums for a big house, all with their strengths and weaknesses according to what she wants to clean). BATTERY: One battery lasts about 20 minutes to an hour based on how often Im switching between the three modes. For me, thats plenty for my 800SF. Only downside is the charge time; takes about 4 hours to get fully charged, but if I still need to vacuum, Ill take the heavy corded vacuum out and finish with that. ACCESSORIES: The attachments that come with the base A11 are fantastic, especially the small motorized brush. I use that on our couch when I need to get dog hair and stuff off the cushions. DEVICE BEHAVIOR: One thing I noticed is the inverse relationship between the motorized brush heads and suction power. For example, Low Suction allows max brush head RPM, and High Suction steals power from the brush head, reducing its RPMs. For my home, the middle setting for suction gives me a happy balance of both. If I want it to dig deep into the aforementioned carpets, Ill use the Low setting (high brush RPM), then switch to Medium setting to make sure it sucks the disturbed dander out. I went with this vacuum instead of the expensive Dyson Cordless Vacuums. Im extremely pleased with my investment, and would recommend anyone looking for a cordless non-Dyson to try out one of these.

When I first used the vac I was impressed but now I am not happy with this vacuum. It doesn’t have the suction that I would like. I picks up dust prefectly but anything with weight such as peanuts, little pebbles, little pieces cardboard etc. have to keep going over the the items several times to pick up and it sometimes it spit out the items you just picked up from the floor brush. The on /off switch is placed to close to handle snd I’m always hitting it by mistake so then the vac shuts off. That’s a real annoying problem when you are vacuuming. I have wool rugs that shed when vacuuming and the the debris gets stuck around the bagless canister and I have to open up, dump out the debris frequently even though the canister isn’t filled up. So what I’m saying I would not recommend this vac and I thought I did my research when buying thoroughly but it doesn’t meet my standards of quality. Update: July 2022 I have had this vac since March 2022 snd would like to say I didn’t realize there was a button that increases the suction power which has improved the working performance of this product. Even on high it may not pick up everything but it’s better than the low or medium speeds but the handle gets warm from the battery working at high speed.

OK. So Im a terrible internet shopper because I almost *never* leave reviews for *anything*. However, I am so compelled by how utterly fantastic this vacuum is that I have no choice but to write one. Strap yourself in. The attention to detail that the engineers at Tineco have is unprecedented. Their keen eye for functionality deserves heaps of awards and a standing ovation. The main goal in my review is to shed light on some of these small, unobtrusive features that make this vacuum a gosh darn (replace with exuberant profanity) marvel. The marketing team at Tineco needs to stop being so humble and start stomping their lame competition. Heres the list of the most praise-worthy features of the A11 hero+ 1) Lights for seeing dust on the floor. The lights on the front of the roller brush show you exactly where that chip you dropped ended up. Youll never ask yourself wait did I get that corner? again. 2) Integrated filter cleaning device. This is my personal favorite. You know how on most vacuums you need to occasionally wash the spongy micro filter? You know how much of a PITA that is? Then it has to dry off before using the vacuum again. Awful. Youll never have this issue with the Tineco. It has a separate attachment that is designed to clean off the micro filter. It takes <30 seconds and then youre back in business! Genius. 3) Multiple batteries. The thing comes with 2 batteries so that when one runs out of juice, you just re-load and carry on. All other vacuum manufacturers take note: this should be standard practice! 4) An easy to disassemble rotating brush. Worst thing about vacuums? Maintenance. Weve all spent far too much time sitting on the floor unraveling hair wrapped endlessly around the roller brush that wont turn anymore. It sucks. Once again, Tineco engineers come to the rescue here. The roller brush disassembles (no tools required) so that you can easily cut the hair directly off the brush. Once again, a minute or two and youre back in business! 5) Air circulated to cool the battery circuit. Ok, so this one is a bit esoteric but bear with me -- it shows that the people who made this vacuum really care about their work. The air coming out the HEPA filter is actually recirculated down the handle directly into the battery pack to cool the battery and related circuitry. **who even has the time to come up with this?!** 6) Squeeze release latches for EVERYTHING. No tools required. You can: change attachments, change batteries, remove the micro filter, remove the HEPA filter, empty the canister all with squeeze latches. Thank you Tineco for not making me break out the tool box just to do NORMAL MAINTENANCE! 7) Its very quiet. I havent looked at other reviews but if anyone says this thing is loud, they clearly live on the moon where there are no people, no cars, not even the occasional squirrel. OK, maybe it isnt whisper quiet but even our cats dont seem to mind and they mind literally EVERYTHING. Do yourself a favor, step your game up, quit swooning over Dyson, and buy this vacuum.

I would really like this but the battery life is horrible! I thought it would get better when I used it the first time but it has only gotten worse. I can’t literally only use it for 2-3 minutes on high before it needs to be recharged. Slightly longer on low speed but there isn’t enough suction on low to do much but dust. I could buy a new battery for $80 but the battery was poor from the beginning. If it wasn’t for the horrible battery I would really like it. It’s lightweight, has good attachments, a light and relatively easy to store. I am so very disappointed. Make a better battery and I might be able to recommend.

This was purchased for extensive spring cleaning my friend Lucy was doing. She’s the one that actually test drove the vacuum cleaner right out of the box. Her text regarding its performance, says it all, so there was no need for me to test it before deciding it deserved a 5 star rating. This was Lucy’s text the day it was delivered (see pics): “This is what I pulled out of the mattress. Now I want to vacuum my own mattress! I need this kick-ass machine in my life!” Lucy loved it so much she threatened to steal mine (jokingly), so I had to buy her, her own “kick ass“ machine as one of the many thank you’s to come. That should tell you how impressed I am with the Tineco A11 Hero vacuum cleaner.

The vacuum is easy to use . Not heavy or too loud. I love the fact that it lights up on the floor with an LED light and you can see the dirt the dust you may have missed. I would love for them to have each attachment have a light, because sometimes you have to get into those tight corners behind furniture a light would help!

Use for quick cleaning when I dont want to drag out corded vac.Like the adjustable suction for lighter fabrics and rugs. Bought this to use on stairs .Is ok for that but not as well as I had hopedbut the carpet is that old 70s sculpted nylon carpet thats pretty worn .Is easier than using corded upright.. Wish it had a extendable wand to help us shortys reach high spots.would be handy to have another holder on rack to store the filter cleaning tool

Love this vacuum. I did tons of research and looked at so many stick models before deciding to take a chance on this. First in all fairness I have only used the Dyson version of this a few times at my sisters house. So I am not comparing the two. What I love: the vacuum arrived in 2 days, was beautifully packaged, and was super easy to put together. The wall mount dock is very convenient and when you dock the vacuum it’s not going to fall off. The duel batteries are amazing and being able to charge them both at the same time is a nice touch. That being said, I have not had to switch batteries yet because every time I go to use the vacuum it’s fully charged and I can go through the whole house without killing the battery. The attachment are easy to change and work great. I have all Hardwood floors and I was nervous I would have to buy the other soft head floor attachment right away based on other reviews. Not true. The multitask head works amazing on hard floors. It picks up hair, crumbs, and seems to leave my floors cleaner than my canister vac. Also it works amazing on low setting. I only put it on high when doing base boards etc. This vac is lightweight and I love that you can lock the on switch while using this. If you pivot the head to the side while going under furniture it lays completely flat and I can get all the way under my very low profile sofa. I have had this about a week now and I am overly impressed with its performance. For reference I have a 1400 square foot house. Much larger homes you may need to empty the bin mid way. Worth it I think for the value you get. The last thing is the filter and led lights that are awesome when going under beds and furniture. Lights up everything so you can get every last dust bunny. This vac has an amazing filter system and I love having the ability to clean the filter after each use. No particles escape this device. Please note: no vacuum will perform well if you do not clean the filter. This device comes with 2. Since I have only had it a week I will update this post in a few months to advise how the batteries hold up etc. happy shopping!
