> 3 dayLove this vacuum. I did tons of research and looked at so many stick models before deciding to take a chance on this. First in all fairness I have only used the Dyson version of this a few times at my sisters house. So I am not comparing the two. What I love: the vacuum arrived in 2 days, was beautifully packaged, and was super easy to put together. The wall mount dock is very convenient and when you dock the vacuum it’s not going to fall off. The duel batteries are amazing and being able to charge them both at the same time is a nice touch. That being said, I have not had to switch batteries yet because every time I go to use the vacuum it’s fully charged and I can go through the whole house without killing the battery. The attachment are easy to change and work great. I have all Hardwood floors and I was nervous I would have to buy the other soft head floor attachment right away based on other reviews. Not true. The multitask head works amazing on hard floors. It picks up hair, crumbs, and seems to leave my floors cleaner than my canister vac. Also it works amazing on low setting. I only put it on high when doing base boards etc. This vac is lightweight and I love that you can lock the on switch while using this. If you pivot the head to the side while going under furniture it lays completely flat and I can get all the way under my very low profile sofa. I have had this about a week now and I am overly impressed with its performance. For reference I have a 1400 square foot house. Much larger homes you may need to empty the bin mid way. Worth it I think for the value you get. The last thing is the filter and led lights that are awesome when going under beds and furniture. Lights up everything so you can get every last dust bunny. This vac has an amazing filter system and I love having the ability to clean the filter after each use. No particles escape this device. Please note: no vacuum will perform well if you do not clean the filter. This device comes with 2. Since I have only had it a week I will update this post in a few months to advise how the batteries hold up etc. happy shopping!

> 3 dayThe vacuum seemed to work well. Powerful suction and is easy to use but for $259 I expected more than 16 months out of it. Will not buy another and I can not find out how long the warranty was for.

> 3 dayI have used this in my home a few times now, and I am on the fence as to how much I like it. I bought it to replace an old Dyson stick vac that broke. I like that this one has two batteries so I can get more done without having to wait for a recharge. I also love the hold button to keep the vacuum working while not having to hold the trigger button the whole time. I do find that it seems a little awkward to get it to turn on, and without using the hold button, it is difficult for me to keep the vacuum running consistently. The vacuum was easy to set up and fit right where my old Dyson was set up in my laundry room. I only have to store the power brush on the floor, the rest fits in the wall mount. It is definitely quieter than my old Dyson, but part of me wonders if that is because it isnt as powerful. Using it without the Max setting seems useless. I have three dogs and two cats, so I am constantly vacuuming up pet hair, as well as stuff from kids. This vac seems to stop at the slightest clog. My Dyson would keep sucking and I could pull off the paper or whatever was blocking the wand. This one just stops. I am also finding it difficult to actually empty the whole cup. With so much pet hair being sucked up, some of it gets stuck in the upper part of the cup and wont fall out when I open the bottom to dump it. I dump it often to prevent overfilling it. I havent figured out if there is a way to open the top to pull out the hair. It isnt easy trying to get it out from the bottom. My fingers dont fit, so I have to try to find something to stick up in the cup to get all the hair out. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I am quite disappointed and wish I would have just spent a little more on a new Dyson.

> 3 dayI love the convenient of a cordless vacuum for cleaning up my toddlers messes on the floor and vacuuming the stairs. This was my first cordless ever and it was great while it lasted. Today the whole canister part fell out and make a couple of bumps down the stairs when I was heading downstairs. I tried attaching it back on the blue part that has the power motor and handle but it wouldnt stay on anymore. I bought the vaccuum in October 2020. It is now January 2023. The little blue piece that attaches the long handle to the canister keep falling off completely a couple minths ago. Without that piece being placed in correctly, the vaccum head with the brush will not suction. Sometimes if I get lucky wiggling that small piece back in place attaching it to the canister then I can still use the vaccum as a whole. Otherwise, I juat use the upper part of the vaccum. can decide whether this vaccum is right for you or not.
